I would like to commend my account manager, Felix. He is always very helpful and patient when assisting me with my trades, taking the time to ensure I fully understand. Whenever I request a call, he contacts me promptly and addresses my queries in a professional and courteous manner. His reliability and consistent support give me great confidence, and I truly appreciate his excellent service.

Di-FiGlobal mi ha incuriosito e ho provato la piattaforma, semplice ed accattivante. Terenzio mi segue con pazienza e comprovata esperienza, tutto questo si traduce in un guadagno rispetto all'investimento iniziale. Consiglio a tutti di provare, anche con piccole somme.

Chris is a god sent! Ive never traded so I am very new to the whole trading world! I was assigned Chris after my previous account manager was a bit absent. His absence in helping and teaching me sent my account into a negative and upon having Chris I was able to recover the funds lost at that time.
Chris is very helpful, kind and polite. He is very patient and always there to assist me and my concerns when needed.
The market can be very frustrating but Chis has shown me I must be patient, and because of this i was able to cash out on two occasions. Ive had successful and unsuccessful trades. But thats all part of trading. But with Chris's guidance ive seen so much improvement in my trades.

However there are a few things I wish the company can do to make things easier but I guess with time things can improve!

Firstly I am positively impacted by the pleasant, courteous and professional demeanor of my account manager Ms Sacha. Also Mr Chance who assisted with my introduction and registration was very much the same. Next they are very punctual. The information dispensed while empathetic is very honest and transparent. Regarding competence, Ms Sacha is always well prepared and seems comfortable to answer any question politely but honestly. I really appreciate being supported with accurate information and being encouraged to have realistic expectations. Compared to some past experiences I feel very safe to receive the services of di-fi global

My experience with Di-Fi Global has been great thus far. The company has a wide range of assets to trade and invest in. Having Mr Jayden Cooper as my account manager and mentor has made the whole experience even more amazing. His level of customer service is second to none. He has a wealth of knowledge in the financial market and is very patient when it comes to explaining stuff, due to the fact that he is always informative and up to date. I look forward to having a long term relationship with DiFi Global and I know with time and Jayden's assistance and guidance, all of my financial goals will be achieved in the future.

Hi my name is Kelly and Chris is my manager. This experience has been a roller coaster one . At the beginning I didn't believe you all were legit but Chris explained showing proof that you were. He didn't get offended he remains the same kind polite man that he is after 3 months.I'm thankful that Chris has been there with me not giving up on me. He takes his time to explain things even if he has to repeat himself more than three times because the reception is not good or there is noise in my back ground . When my account was blown I was in distress but he explained things to me and I became hopeful again. Every time he calls he always asks me how I'm doing, he very polite and kind over the phone. My experience thus far has been very encouraging and informative. My account manager has definitely been impactful in that regard. I have received satisfactory responses for most of my questions. I have a lot of questions because this is a new experience for me and I am concerned about the security of my funds invested. I still have concerns about interest payments and initial investment refunds but will address those as I proceed. I have already recommended to some of my friends. I would recommend provision of more in-depth training for newcomers in the area of site navigation and investment terminology. I am looking forward to the accomplishment of the percentage growth projected.and the ease of access to interest earned.

This di figlobal is fraud and scam dont trade with this platform very difficult to withdraw everytime they are asking for deposit and making loss again they are asking for deposit .this is unliscensed platform be aware of this type of scammers
