The company is more a cheat fund rather than a trading company. They promised to return money invested by me if I want to withdraw it. But despite my repeated requests they didn't return money.

An Trust company
My name is Eric Koufie I want to share my frustrating experience with Di-Fi Global.
I strongly urge anyone considering investing with them to stay away. There is this man that called Harvey he was the one managing my account and taking control of it because I have no clue no idea how to do the trading he call me all the time convince me to add more money into it, which I did he will let you to convince that that Account is improving and one day I talk to him on phone that I need to withdraw some of my money because I need to travel he said no I can’t. I have to wait because the trade is on. After that about a week time he called me that unfortunately I lose all my money money there so I couldn’t even able to withdraw zero money off my account and sadly he stopped calling me and emailed me. To be honest, our advice, one that interesting on this company to stay far away from because they are not really honest company that you can trust

Antwoord van Di-Fi Global
Dear Eric,
Thank you for your feedback. While we regret to hear about your experience, we must clarify several key points.
All trades executed on your account were placed using your personal login credentials and from your registered IP address. At no point did our team have control over your account, as this would violate both regulatory standards and our internal compliance policies.
You participated in multiple educational sessions, during which the risks in trading were thoroughly explained. Additionally, before the reported loss, your account manager clearly offered you the option to withdraw funds. You chose to continue trading, fully aware of the potential risks involved.
We are committed to full transparency and regulatory compliance, and we stand by the professional conduct of our staff.
Sincerely,
Compliance Department

OTTIMA PIATTAFORMA!!

Five Stars all the way
My experience with trading began on March 26, 2025. Sandra Taylor was assigned as my accountant manager and I was extremely impressed by her professionalism, patience, skill and confidence in her knowledge of what she was doing. Sandra has been understanding and very accommodating as our time difference is 4 hours apart. With this above in mind I recommend Di-fi Global and specifically Sandra Taylor as an accountant manager to anyone seeking to become a trader.
