The company is more a cheat fund rather than a trading company. They promised to return money invested by me if I want to withdraw it. But despite my repeated requests they didn't return money.

Good trading company and customer service

I have been with this company for 3 months now and although I was a bit sceptical at first I am very happy with how things are going. My account manager Sandra is lovey and is very informative in teaching me the best ways to trade. I have made some profit and overall I am very satisfied. I would recommend based on my experience so far.

Angenehm überrascht

Ich war am Anfang äusserst skeptisch, hört man doch so einiges. Ich kann aber sagen, das Vertrauen hat sich gelohnt. Ich werden von Magnus Ackermann betreut. Er ist sehr freundlich und absolut kompetent. Er weiss genau auf was es ankommt und hat eine hohe Erfahrung in diesem Bereich. Auch für Fragen nimmt er sich immer Zeit um alles ausführlich zu erklären. Ich stehe noch am Angang und bin seit ca. 3 Monaten dabei. Meine Erfahrung bis jetzt ist sehr gut, ich fühle mich gut aufgehoben. Ich kann diese Plattform nur empfehlen.

Very Unsatisfactory Support Office

I have been trying to close my account since early March 2025. But seems like all my requests have fallen on deaf ears.
In my emails, I have suggested a particular time of the day when I am available on the phone due to my domestic situation but to no one has taken any notice of that.
Due to our Vulnerability factor (which has been mentioned in emails), calls from unknown numbers are not attended.
Even my last email of 4th May remains un-answered. I wish to close my account at the earliest and now thinking of taking next steps.

Our records confirm that your withdrawal request was successfully processed in full, including both your initial deposit and the profits generated through trading activity. All entitled funds have been transferred to your designated account.
We understand your concerns regarding communication; however, please note that our team made multiple attempts to reach you well before contact was successfully established. These efforts were essential in order to receive the necessary information required to process your withdrawal.
Following the completed payout, we have also received messages implying that additional compensation would be expected in return for removing a negative review. We must emphasize that such demands fall outside of appropriate conduct and may be viewed as reputational pressure or attempted extortion.
Should you have any further queries or believe any part of your case remains unresolved, we encourage you to reach out to our Compliance Department directly for formal handling.
