Missing Order
I placed an order on June 27. The website shows that the order was completed June 29. The item has not arrived. It is now July 14. I emailed the company but they have not replied. We are still waiting, but losing hope.

I received part of my order in a box…
I received part of my order in a box that had seen better days! It was accordion pleated on 1 end and the tape sealing the box was coming off. I’m still waiting for the rest of my order, which is taking too long to arrive. However, my card was charged on day 1!! This is my first order and it will be my last.

Hello, Sorry that the shipping box was damaged. Was the product damaged? If so, you would need to let us know and we would tell our supplier. They would need photos of the damaged shipping box. If the product was damaged in shipping, our supplier will replace it. But you would need to let us know by calling our toll-free phone 1-800-891-9399. Your previous emails with us did not indicate the product was damaged. In our prior conversation, we told you the remaining part of your order was backordered and would be shipping in a few days. That was a few days ago and the remaining portion is shipping today. Thank you for your one-star review.

You sent me a defective product
You sent me a defective product. I had to call Abbott and they were kind enough to send me a replacement. I can't see myself using Diabetes Store again. But I might. I know they are not responsible for the unit being inoperable, but it's still very aggravating at this point.

Usually, a call to our toll-Free number gets quicker response for defective items than the big corporations. We usually replace defective items, but you said Abbott already did that.
