As our communication stated, the sensor box was open when the package arrived. It appeared that you attempted to glue the side shut that you had previously opened but it didn't stay glued shut. We processed and paid for the sensors as individual sensors since the box was not in New condition and had previously been opened.

Great customer service
My husband recently passed away. He was a type 2 diabetic who left quite a few dexcom sensors and a receiver. It was great to have a place to send these so someone else could use them. On top of that, we received a payment for them in just a few days,
