Six months and excellent service
Recently moved from RingCentral to escape numerous outages and poor service. It's been a breath of fresh air, almost 0 downtime and the support team is responsive. My salesman Mark was fantastic.

Indispensable to our business
I was in over $100k on a bot with my partners that we paid a fairly well-known US company to build. Turns out they outsourced to some dev house in India and we spent 6 months kicking around a terrible product until we got put into touch with the Dialytica Owner. He gave us a one on one consultation and we ended up deciding to switch entirely over to their platform, and the AI bot is miles ahead of what we were being delivered before.
A great platform for communications solutions
My company has been working with Dialytica for about 6 months and it's been night and day. We started with basic outbound call camps but decided to give the rest of the platform a try. The Call QA is smooth and the bot does a better job than most I've heard.
Software great, the support is even better.
I had issues after on boarding with my call volume and my account manager sat down with me and went over my entire flow and helped me figure out exactly where our issue was. They recommended us a fix, and since then it has been nothing but smooth sailing.
Experience from a Developer
I see nothing but bad reviews for companies like these guys but it seems like they hit all the right spots. The developer support is phenomenal, API integrations were easy. The engineers definitely know what they're doing.
performance is top notch
Voice and SMS are really hard to get right, I'm definitely glad we went with Dialytica. Our per-minute cost on VOIP is down almost 40% from our previous provider and the amount of stuff you can do on the platform is staggering.
Customer-Focused
Have always had awesome interactions with these guys, they worked with a friend of mine and he had nothing but good things to say. He did the intro and we went from there, the integration was a bit complex but they handled it well. It's been about 2 months and I don't see any reason to leave.
Worth Trying
Worth trying. We did a quick call to go over my needs and they were very receptive to suggestions. Took about a week to onboard and has been running smooth since then. A great value-add and the RoI has been better than expected.
Feels like theyre 10 years ahead
We finally got fed up with Twilio and did some research before deciding to give dialytica a shot. The connectivity is ridiculous, I've never had to actually dial back campaigns for generating us too many calls before.
The AI Bot is next-level.
I've been really hesitant to try screening customer service and inbound calls with AI but my overseas staff are just getting too expensive. We were able to cut that team almost in half, and I havent heard anyone pick out they were even talking to a bot.
Good for Call Centers
Our experience with the IVR feature has been overwhelmingly positive. The setup process was easy, and we tried the Automated Call-QA and I'm impressed so far.

I have a 70 seat shop and have been trying to find SOMEONE decent in the space. It seems like you pick between cheap, reliable, and having any features. We brought costs down about 10% and haven't had any issues, I pretty much just go in and build a campaign and calls come in. Can't really ask for much more. Definitely recommend.
AI Call QA is killer
Our call QA process has been a pain for a while now, we've heard a ton about AI but aren't very familiar with how it works. The Call QA is really cool, you can search call transcripts and talk to a chatgpt thing that's definitely made that segment of our business a lot smoother. Rates are pretty cheap too, we plan to give the voice broadcast a try.
A positive experience so far
We decided to migrate marketing platforms and Im relieved we did. Setting it up was easy, the platform is super user-friendly. Our agents have been happy with the volume and the reporting is just enough to let is figure our KPIs. Setup and support was straightforward.

We've worked with a few other providers but got a recommendation from a friend and decided to give it a try. Pleasant surprise to say the least. The platform's interface is intuitive, and the insights we're getting into our spending habits are nice. support was great we havent really run into any issues so far.
