Response to their reply: Notice they said nothing to the most relevant point about being decent people and expecting every player to read through their TOS for a playthrough requirement, meanwhile bink.bet will show your wager amount for each package right on the shop. Do not blame me that I took the extra step when you as an entire platform couldn't let alone doubling down, which proves my point to perfection about being malicious people.

Also, even if I granted the personal insult which is childish as a spokesperson in itself, what does that have anything to do with being decent people compared to other casinos? Highly unprofessional.. Seriously?

9/5: 3X playthrough with my 100% bonus package (100+100 bonus with 600 wager) at least. NOT ONE REVIEW mentioned this when you search up the keywords which is why I bit the bait so I'll be the first.

Learned my lesson about TOS because some casinos will y'know have some decency and make it clear on purchase and pos casinos like this won't.

I redeemed $80 and the redemption has since been updated from pending to completed. That was a month ago. I never received my redemption. I contacted customer service multiple times through online chat when it was available as well as email. I’ve not received any replies whatsoever and have been completely ignored! I’ve reached out to customer service over 6 different times to get this issue resolved. Every single one of my emails go unanswered! I’m not sure how reaching out to customer support would resolve this issue as of done just that so many times now. I’ll update review if my redemption ever comes through.

I have won’t a couple grand and tried to redeem through crypto and have emailed support multiple times without support getting back to me. I’ll change to 5 stars once I get my redeem. I also asked if they can cancel my redeem and I cant do it through tier lock but no one has replied to me

Believe the rating on this site for sure. In all my years of playing slots, I have never had such a terrible experience anywhere else, as I did playing on diam.bet. I deposited multiple times, well over $100 and decided to play it safe with minimum bet spins and could not get a single bonus across multiple games. Not even a single win over a 10x, possibly 5x, might have been the highest win. They “offered” a 100% first deposit bonus which I did not receive and that was the only promotion available. I messaged support to ask about it and after 24hours I heard no response. They claim to respond within 24 hours so that’s a lie. Then today I asked to close my account permanently and that I was going to leave a bad review, only then I got a response within 8 minutes saying:

“ We understand you’re frustrated, but let’s be clear: you’re technically gambling. Playing is not a guaranteed way to make money, and there is absolutely no guarantee that you will win.

You’ve also spent only a little over $100 with us, which is nowhere near enough activity to reasonably judge your experience at a casino.

In fact, based on that amount, we would have reimbursed most of it to your account and would have given you bonuses.

As for leaving a review, you’re obviously free to do so.

Just don’t mistake a negative review for leverage—reviews do not hurt our business or change how we operate.“

I found the tone of this inappropriate, and they should’ve asked for details first but I decided to see if they would actually honor their potential offer of reimbursing a bonus but it’s been 10 hours and I sent 4 emails since that message and got no response at all. After the message I spent another $40 and got rinsed again no bonus or anything. So based on my experience I would never recommend this site to anyone for any reason.

Literally a fake scam website. Unfair payouts obviously rigged and games do not play as normal. I also live in an illegal state (Indiana) where this is still operating. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE. Also support will not respond . Miserable shitty fake website that basically steals money

THE SLOTS ARE FAKE CLONED GAMES

Every provider on their website does NOT open out to a legitimate link from the actual listed provider. The slots are a mirrored clone with a set rng pattern that is completely fixed and not random. Please report this business and contact the real slot providers such as Hacksaw that diam.bet is using fake clones of their games to scam people. The entire website is not even a casino, there is no luck as you aren't even playing an actual slot. I should have known better.

They have updated some games and they are very smooth! Support got back with me quickly and my cashout came just as fast so far I’m very impressed. I was nervous at first cause of some negative reviews but it actually seems to be a very trustable site. Will be playing again!!

Ok, so I don't know why there's so many negative reviews on this casino. I originally purchased a bonus pack $10 got me $20. I lost, it happens. I collected some daily logins and had $7 that I brought up to $109. I had some confusion and error messages in the redemption process so I messaged support. At first, of course, I got the standard bot response but before I could close out the message session, to my surprise an agent jumped on to help me. I won last night and after many messages back and forth, I got paid today! One of the most responsive and helpful customer services I've ever worked with at an online casino. There was a small processing fee which isn't my favorite but getting my money in less than 24 hours and customer service that actually helps is well worth it in my opinion!

I added 20 dollars and got 40 sc none of the games would load I requested a refund and the give me some bowlshit link that I was supposed to click from my email. which I didn't because I already know. it's like they knew the games wouldnt load before I I actually told them. they responded "if your having trouble loading games please select the link sent to your email" come on man, really! how dissapointing. I still have 40 sc that I'm unable to play.

Games are %100 not Pragmatic/Hacksaw. Very unusual results. I played the dragon game and there were a few wins at first, but after that one of five spins was a bomus, with all the +2 spins, start at level 2, more coins, etc, but then no ladys would show up. Actually a few would, but there would never be any coins on the board.

This is probably 500 spins, 100 bonuses, 10 ladies during 100 bonuses, maybe one or two ladies gave coins.

I gave a star because when i did win a small amount at first, i was paid quickly.

The games do not work correctly, and they have pragmatic which obviously is not licensed or running directly through the correct channels or it would be geoblocked. Do not spend your money here.

This site is NOT legit. For one they are using games from the provider Pragmatic which left the US market months ago. Also you will notice you do get a lot of bonuses but they all pat about the same, never more never less. I made about $400 in purchases before I realized they are not legit and should not be operating in the US.
UPDATED. I made this review a few months ago when they 1st came out, they did take away some of the providers not allowed in the US and now are running a normal legal site. I was just upset at 1st because i got suckered into playing games from provider Pragmatic which at the time was not allowed and ended up losing everything. I still play here and have no issues anymore.

It's weird games not behaving like they should. I deposited 20 got 20 free. Played sugar rush 1000 on 20 cent spins around 400 spins and got 6 bonuses... none of them paid much but kept me around 40 dollars then I went to hacksaw and played slayers inc on 20 cent bets with extra chance for 60 cents a spins... normally you will either hit big or maybe get two crap bonuses before you go broke on this game at his level and for this bet amount ( I know this because I have played this game on 30 other casinos for well over 1 million spins) but on this site I kept hitting bonuses, but none of those bonuses ever paid above 10 bucks and I spun into 21 of them... no four scatter always 3 scatter and I have never ever seen this not once in last couple years of playing this game. No 0x either which I understand is a weird thing to complain about .. but generally in slayers inc in 21 bonuses you will run into the at 0x.... I am not sure what is going on here exactly, but I find it weird they also only have 30 hacksaw games the newest one appears to be be fighter pit and this is weird because this is a new casino.

This suggests the outcomes may be running through a filtered or modified RNG, not the certified one from hacksaw.

I am thinking but I don't have proof they are running cloned or emulated versions of the games rather than having the live API connection to the actual hacksaw gaming server tuned to keep you playing longer with smaller wins.

Scam... this issues persists with slow response no resolution from customer service 😒 😑
