Warning to Canadians – Suspected Crypto Investment Scam
I am writing this to warn others, especially Canadians, about my experience with Diam Holdings.
I was led to believe I had funds available for withdrawal through their platform. However, when I attempted to withdraw my money, I was told I needed to have 10% of the withdrawal amount in my personal crypto wallet (Atomic Wallet) in order to receive the payment.
After doing my own research and confirming directly with wallet support, I learned that this is completely false. No legitimate wallet or platform requires you to hold a balance to receive funds.
Despite already being charged fees, my withdrawal hasn't processed. Instead, new conditions were introduced, and the process kept getting delayed. I was even encouraged to consider taking a loan to meet their requirements.
This is not how legitimate trading or crypto platforms operate. Real platforms deduct fees directly from your account, they do not require additional deposits or conditions to release your own money.
Based on my experience, this appears to be a setup designed to extract more money from users under false pretenses.
If you are in Canada, be especially cautious.
My advice, as instructed.
Do not send additional funds
Do not follow instructions involving “liquidity” or wallet balances
Do your own verification before trusting any platform
I have reported this matter to the appropriate Canadian authorities.

I requested a withdrawal from an account associated with your platform and was contacted by a representative identifying herself as “Jennifer.” During that interaction, I was told I needed to have 10% of the withdrawal amount in my personal crypto wallet in order to receive my funds.
That requirement is false. I confirmed directly with wallet support that no wallet requires a balance or “liquidity” to receive a payment.
In addition, I was presented with changing conditions, delays, and was even encouraged to consider obtaining funds to meet these requirements. Despite this, my withdrawal was not processed.
You are now claiming you cannot locate my details. I have records of communication, including the email address, your website and the representative I interacted with.
If there is any genuine intent to resolve this, I am prepared to provide verifiable information directly. Otherwise, this response appears to be an attempt to discredit a legitimate experience.

I requested a withdrawal and was contacted by a representative who provided instructions that I have since confirmed are not consistent with how legitimate crypto transactions work, including a requirement to hold a percentage of funds in a personal wallet before receiving payment.
You now state that you cannot locate my details. I have records of communication and am prepared to provide verifiable information through the appropriate channels.
I have reported this matter to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre and the Manitoba Securities Commission. If you require further information, you may address those authorities directly as part of their review.
