Very poor quality. Names not in order I requested. Very difficult to see the names as so small.
Do not order from this company!!!

Ordered a necklace, money left my bank account but no order confirmation email was received . Contacted the company who said they couldn’t find my order. Asked them for a refund , they needed proof that it had left my bank, sent that to them. I then received an email saying I couldn’t cancel my order as it had been dispatched. Still no order confirmation or even an order number. It is now 17 days since my first email to them. No email confirmation, no order number, no product, no response from them. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

This lot need closed down. Ordered an item as an Xmas present in plenty of time but now waited over a month & still no sign. The last tracking update was on the 28th of December but nothing since. They dont reply to emails either!! Avoid these idiots

What a shambles !!! Stay clear of this awful company . They take your money then when you have a return due to your purchase arriving broken they are invisible . No answer to emails , telephone calls etc . Disgraceful customer service well actually there is none !!! Small claims court here I come 🤬

THe neckless cant compare with the add, the quality is very poor quality and the engraved names are almost impossible to read. I will contact the place to see if I can get my money back. Dont waste your money

Disgusting company ordered something for Christmas in November still hasn't arrived emailed the company to ask where is the order in December got a reply to say it would be 3 to 7 working days still haven't received the order emailed the company twice since and I'm just getting ignored now with no response from them, they atr happy to take your money and not produce any product don't use this company!!!!

Awful product - necklace resembled brass curtain hook in colour - cheap and trashy! I’ve seen better come out of a cracker!

I only received part of my order. I've emailed but it went unanswered. Of course it's the most expensive necklace in my order. Can't contact anyone for a refund. What I did received looks cheap. Not happy at all.

Beautiful necklace and great price

After waiting 5 weeks for the 2 necklaces I ordered I was so disappointed at the results.
I’m embarrassed to give them for presents. You can’t read the names on the necklaces, they are just awful.
More money wasted on rubbish!

****DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY *** Shocking company to deal with I stupidly purchased a necklace, it arrived the chain itself was tarnished the charm ls writing was so small it was unreadable. I contacted them and was fibbed off with we'll send a replacement. That never arrived. I now can't return the sub standard necklace as conveniently the window has passed. They now ignore my messages.

Where do I start with this crappy crappy company??! Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Shit quality and I threw it in the bin. I bought the rings on a chain necklace with names. Lol what a joke. They were sooooo tiny and the engraving was shocking. Looked like something you'd get out of a bubble gum machine. No reply on email til I threatened to give bad reviews EVERYWHERE I possibly could. Then the response was that they would replace it after months and months and months, still nothing ever arrived. So, here we go with the bad reviews as I said EVERYWHERE I can. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!

I love the neck lace it’s great it’s different only one thing I wish the chain was not so thin and a better piece to hook it up otherwise I love it

Ordered well over a month ago - wish I had checked them out more, poor reviews and now you can add mine to that - never received item, no communication....

Ordered a sterling silver necklace from them with 4 names on a heart. Was unimpressed with engraving when received as could only just read names . Wore a few times before necklace started to tarnish and appear a different colour .Emailed Diamofy to address this with photos as guarantee said would not tarnish . Gave me lip service saying they would send another but now not responding and not seen a replacement

Absolutely awful company. Item arrived broken, really cheap and poor quality.
After several emails to them they asked for a photo which I sent. I have requested a refund. They have not responded to six further emails so I have now taken matter further.
Do not buy from them would be my advice.

Still waiting for a refund from this company .
Awful necklace sent out cheap looking and certainly not worth the money .
