Fast and pleasant experience
Ordered a watch from the website and it was ready to collect in 2 days, very efficient, the item was gift wrapped already. Highly recommend.

Order accepted, paid and then they cancelled by email
Ordered a birthstone necklace online for my nieces birthday. Paid, organised delivery etc. and a day later received an email to say it wasn't in stock, order was cancelled and refund will be sent. Very bad business practice, will not be shopping there again.

Absolutely disgusted with Diamonds…
Absolutely disgusted with Diamonds Jewellers Navan store, the staff were so disrespectful, arrogant and rude. The brunette serving me yesterday afternoon, obviously didn't know what manners are!!!!
All customers are to be treated with respect !!!

Poor online order support
Ordered on a Saturday online and did click and collect. Heard nothing by Tuesday. Rang Dundalk and they just told me they don’t know anything about online orders and the man that does is on holidays. I contacted them through contact us on website and didn’t get a response. However my order was then cancelled and got an email to say gift was out of stock.

Thank you for your response, however i have to disagree on the part about your email confermation, after checking my junk mail, and email history as well as my email archives i still see no emails or response's to emails i have sent to your email address on your business address ??
I have sent back my purchase because it is a bit small and filmize the picture on the website made it look bigger, it was sent by register post to your unit in Dundalk so there should be no issue on you receiving it , i am tracking its progress, can you refund my card with the amount i paid a.s.a.p. thank you.

Would not recommend to anyone
Ordered my engagement ring to be resized and we were told we would have to pay a deposit that day and the balance eight weeks later when the ring would be ready which we did.
Went after the eight weeks to collect the ring and the ring had not been resized and we were told then that the balance had to be paid and then the ring would be sent away which was not what we were told previously.
Only had the ring on two weeks and a stone came out of the ring. Brought it back to the shop when I was told the ring would be ready 10 days later and not to ring the day we were going to collect it as the staff member promised it would be there. On the day I was told to go and collect it I rang just to be sure the ring was there and was told on the phone that it was not fixed because the repair guy could not find the correct stone to fix the ring. This was the day before the engagement party!!!! Magically, after complaining on the phone, I was told that the ring would be back the next day in time for the engagement party.
Staff were horrible on the phone and when I asked if the correct stone would be put in the ring a girl told me 'obviously it will' just after another staff member told me a stone could not be got.
Shocking service and staff with no respect for customers. Do not buy here.

Thank you for your review. We apologise that our policy was not correctly communicated to you. Here at Diamonds, like many jewellers, we do not resize rings until the majority of the balance is paid. After paying the initial 30% deposit, customers have eight weeks to pay the total balance.
Typically, we will not resize rings more than three sizes up or down if the band has stones, as they are susceptible to displacement. However, when a customer falls in love with a ring that suits their style and budget, we sometimes try accommodating them.
We were unaware you needed the ring on time for your engagement party and would have put a rush on this had we known. Nevertheless, our store manager sourced a stone from another supplier and drove 3 hours to get your ring back in time for your party.
Here at Diamonds, we pride ourselves on having respectful and polite staff; however, an aggressive tone will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and wish you and your fiancé a happy and healthy future.
