I’m really happy with my purchase defender 2 venom pants , I placed my order and received them in 5 days and tell texted me before sending them making sure I had the correct size for me , I would and will buy again from them !

Good quality and excellent after sales communication via whatsapp. The article was shipped by DHL from Serbia and arrived within one workweek.

Made my 2nd order from these guy, ordered the wrong size (my mistake) contacted them about an exchange for the next size up, they was more than happy to help, fast responses, clear instructions. Product easily returned and new ones landed today and fit perfect.

Hervorragende Kommunikation vor, während und nach Kauf. Sehr freundlich, kompetent, unterstützend und schnell.

Ich habe eine lange Hose, eine kurze Hose und den Gürtel bestellt. Die Größen passen entsprechend meinen Angaben gut. Die Passform der Shorts ist sehr gut, die lange Hose ist trotz Grüße "S" etwas zu weit am Bund, sonst am Bein sehr gut. Mit dem Gürtel klappt das aber sehr gut und ich fühle mich wohl.

Auf Feedback / Verbesserungsvorschläge meinerseits wurde sehr schnell reagiert und mal schauen, ob es in eine nächste Kollektion Eingang findet.

I have ordered multiple times from DIG (got the Defender Gen 2, Special Cargo, Kinetic Gen 2 shorts, and a belt). The quality of the fabric and craftmanship impresses me time and time again! "Made with pride" is not just a phrase, it is visible in every seam.
Shipping is lightning fast, customer service is very responsive, and size XL suits me perfectly (I usually wear W34/36 L32 pants). All in all: very happy, and I will certainly order again!

I'm very satisfying with this company. No matter if I order and get on home address, or buy them direct from the shop. Stuff is very polite and helpful. Quality of wardrobe is top level, I have 3 trousers and 3 shorts, belt etc. But my friends also. I'm not buying them very often since they are good quality and long life 🙂

It's been a week since I received my order, and I requested an exchange, but there has been no response from email or WhatsApp. The quality and design of the pants are excellent. When you make your purchase of pants, they will suggest a size based on your height and weight, which is wrong. You don't get to see the actual size of the pants when you buy. Had I known, I would have chosen my size, not what they think is my size. They said I would need an XL because of my height and weight, but an XL is too big. It says on their website to email their support for exchange; I did, but there was no response.

*UPDATE*
My issue has been resolved. Customer support eventually reached out to me and apologized for the delay. I did receive a replacement size. I love the pants, they are very good quality.
