I ordered MS Word and Excel and had some difficulty installing them. The folks at digipinit were very patient with my questions and very helpful in getting me up and going. I now have Word and Excel installed and they work great. Oh, and the price was certainly reasonable. Thanks, guys!

Bought both PowerPoint and Word 2024. I had slight difficulty with PowerPoint initially but was able to install later and is working very well. Word 2024 i was able to install immediatly.

My request for a refund from digitalpinit was provided without question or hesitation. I had ordered and paid for MS word 2024 to replace my old 2007 version. They emailed me the Microsoft authorized installation key which showed up on my Microsoft account page which included the installation icon. But because of the Microsoft requirements that all previous MS Office software be deleted, I couldn't do that without losing MS Publisher which I depend on and use often. Even though Digipinit support personnel were concerned, helpful and tried their best to find a solution, there was no solution without losing Publisher, so I requested a refund and it was promptly granted without question. Thank you Digipinit Support.

I am using Windows 10 because my laptop, a DELL two core Intel i7 Latitude E7250, for some reason is not suitable to update to Windows 11, and I lost the linking of the registration of software license (2021 MS Office Professional Pro) to the Microsoft program. In true Afrikaans fasion, I am seriously "gatvol" for Microsoft's attitude that I should buy a new laptop!
I explained my problem to Digipinit on a Sunday, hoping to get a reply Monday early, but Adam was so good to reply on the same Sunday afternoon with a new MS registered package and a new key!
