Antwoord van digital-game.com
customer was given a SEPARATE account JUST to download the game from, as he was not able to do it as said in the guide because he did not read it and never followed it. Has been told specifically NOT TO activate THIS as primary because the purpose of this account was JUST to download the gamefiles he missed. Instead he DID ACTIVATE this separate account as primary deliberately and got ps4 locked.
Good service
Though delivery took a long time, they were very helpful and quickly resolved the problem.

Games on the account: EA SPORTS FIFA 20 (additional random games might be present on the account as a BONUS)
sound like a promise? Well it is not, it is an information for you to know there might be other games and often are BUT IT IS NOT guaranteed.
If something was promised by one of our staff members it always gets delivered as agreed
