Digital Zone Reviews

NOT AN AUTHORISED TEKLA STRUCTURES RESELLER. Do not buy Tekla Structures from them.

I had a few problems installing Microsoft software on my Mac, but received excellent and speedy response to my query which sorted it out easily.
Great service & genuine Microsoft product. We’ll recommended

I had problems installing the software, and they were quick to resolve my problem. Overall impressed with the service.

Simple: contacted Digital Zone via their chat and 20 mins later I have Microsoft Office 2021 working on my laptop.

Had concerns, price seemed too good to be true. Based on reviews here though I went ahead and purchased Office for Mac 2019. I should have ordered Office 2016 as my Mac is old and I can't update the OS any further. DZ was very helpful in directing me toward the Office 2016 to work with my system. They offered a small discount for my having to purchase a second key, but at such a low initial price it seemed more than fair. Communication was a little slow at first, but all my questions were answered and the software works fine. The install link is from Microsoft site - I don't know how it works - but for an older Mac (2012) it's a great option.

I just downloaded MS Office-2021 on my Windows11 laptop and it was super easy and super legit. What a great service at a great price.

DZ had the best price and delivered exactly what was ordered instantaneously...

This was my 2nd purchase from Digital-Zone and 2nd time around I wasn't disappointed.
DZ responded very quickly after online purchase and apart from a small glitch at my end everything went 100%.
I would not hesitate to recommend DZ to anyone their prices and support services are excellent.

The team at Digital Zone where very helpful sorting out a technical issue with a Windows Office Installation.

The product supplied was exactly what it said on the can.

The information on the website was comprehensive even detailing what operating systems are supported by each package.

I am happy to trust this company unlike some others offering similar products.

Digital zone has been my go-to for school and work software throughout the years. They are my trusted software vendor and they're always available when needed. 10/10 customer service, Thank you!

I am satisfied with what I have purchased from their website so far

My purchase of MS Home and Student could not have been smoother. I received clear instructions and the licence key from Digital Zone within minutes of payment and a prompt reply to a query about uninstalling an existing program. As a result I was up and running in no time at all. An all-round excellent service and good value for money.

If you want to buy volume licence software keys this can be achieved at a lower price from other dodgy sellers on the web. Just check out their "about us" page or try and find details of their business address. Enough said

Very quick, efficient and easy. Was worried as the price was very good that it could be a scam but it was just a pleasure. Purchased Office Professional 2021 in Canada from site and the link and key was sent within 10 mins. Make sure to follow the directions and delete the old software first as they advise for best results.

The whole process was seamless and the software works perfectly. Super pricing!!

Couldn't launch all applications after downloading.
After removing old files as suggested, all is now working. Thanks for your help.

I am so pleased with the help that I received in installing Office, and by the competitive pricing.
I am a computer idiot - I use them but am of an age where I have not a clue about downloading programmes - and the help that I received was absolutely first class.
These people are brilliant and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The transaction was very quick. The online chat help was really helpful and patient. I could not have asked for a better and quick service. Thank you

The after sales service was extremely rapid and provided clear instructions along with effective solutions to my problems. Much appreciated their efficiency.
