This was my first experience hiring a marketing company to manage social media and website services for my business, and unfortunately, my experience with Creative SEO was extremely disappointing.

I initially signed up at a starter price and was promised marketing support across multiple platforms. Shortly after, I was assigned an account manager who seemed unfamiliar with what had been promised to me in writing. I found myself constantly explaining and guiding them on what should have been delivered.

The account manager then upsold me on a new booking page and a full WordPress website revamp because my old site wasn’t easily manageable. After paying for these upgrades, the work that followed was basic at best and full of avoidable errors. I had to follow up repeatedly, and then, without warning, my account manager was replaced.

The new account manager stepped in and tried to catch up on two months’ worth of incomplete work on both the website and the booking page. Even then, getting tasks completed felt like pulling teeth. After I finally received the required updates for my site to function properly, they brought up their hosting services. When I saw the hosting fee—which was extremely high—I advised that I would switch to another provider.

At that point, it felt like they were penalizing me for this decision. They informed me that I had to pay an additional fee just to have my own website files released, claiming they had given me "complimentary" access to hosting my site on their servers for the past two months. This made no sense, considering I had already paid for the website revamp and WordPress setup. After I paid the extra fee, they sent the files but then took down my entire website immediately, without allowing it to remain online until the transfer was complete. They also did not post at all in the last week of my service.

Overall, this experience has been overwhelmingly negative. It felt as though the company was focused on upselling and extracting additional payments rather than delivering quality work. Basic tasks required constant guidance, testing was not done unless I requested it, and deadlines were consistently extended. Most disappointing of all was having my site taken down abruptly despite having paid for all services rendered.

I would strongly caution others to carefully review their options before choosing this company.

This is a scam company.
I started a project with them. Drive RELEVANT visitors to my website. No improvement after weeks. They said the website wasn’t the right style of modernized code. I paid them to do a website with a dedicated server. Two days later they sent me a substandard website design that I specifically told them not to do. I asked them to stop and refund HALF of the money. Ayden. He refused full of excuses.

He ran ads supposedly, full of misspellings.

He said he would get new followers to my business facebook account. Two days later I had hundreds of fake followers spammed to me. Took me hours to delete them all from my carefully gathered followers from years. No apology. “You don’t know how facebook works”.

I paid them $300 for “SEO” work. No results.

I paid $600 for a dedicated server and web page. After two days it was obvious they didn’t know what they were doing. I do sailboat engine repair. They used a picture of a man grinding on a boat hull. Clueless. I asked for a HALF refund. “The money has already been used up.” They are incompetent but taking people’s money so it is a scam.

Ayden is the best! Highly recommended. Good communication and great work.

The fact that they are so patient and are good at putting down the vision that you saw , I highly recommend digital planet, they even let me pay installment payments that was easy to navigate around my budget.
But most of all my new website Looks Amazing and I'm totally satisfied and I guarantee that you will too ......

I could use a ton of superlative descriptions but suffice to say Ayden Asker is not only a master at what he does but he is patient, creative and has clear vision. Just LOOK at this site! Need I say more? Ten Stars!
