I ordered an A4 perfect bound book and was initially worried about the delivery, especially because I paid for next-day delivery. But everything arrived exactly on time, and the quality was excellent! Great service and print quality.I’m really pleased and would definitely use Digital Printing UK again.

I recently placed an order with Digital Printing for A3 marketing artworks to enhance our office backdrop, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service and product quality.

In my haste, I inadvertently made a mistake with my order, requesting one piece of artwork with three copies instead of three unique pieces. To my surprise and relief, Digital Printing's team reached out via email within 24 hours to kindly inform me of the error and assure me it wouldn't be an issue this time. This proactive and understanding approach saved me a lot of hassle and demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The artworks arrived today, and they look absolutely fantastic. The print quality is superb, and they are exactly what we needed for the office. Every single item I've ever ordered from Digital Printing has been faultless, consistently exceeding my expectations.

I have used digital printing for a while and have always been pleased with the quality, turn around and pricing. However today I feel compelled to leave a review after the team went above and beyond to help me when I'd made a silly typo on (for me) quite a big order.

Wonderful service from start to finish.
I had some initial questions and the live chat was helpful after completing some simple questions and help sheets that didn't quite meet my requirements I spoke to a real person. The whole process was very efficient.

Even after I had placed my order I had made some errors and these were very quickly rectified for me.

They are the most patient and reliable company. They make sure your order is ok, also their contact is immaculate. The sticker is beyond. The colours stand out, never fade.

I ordered cards with my artwork on. I just ordered as a test to see how they would come out and I was so impressed that I'm going to be ordering more of these very soon!

We choose this company to create display boards and other materials for our upcoming wedding. The discount code process was much more difficult than required. You click a link and it's 'automatically applied'. However, it doesn't make it clear in the checkout which items aren't covered (which turned out to be all but one). I therefore had to email customer support who, whilst replied fairly quickly, didn't try to offer any solutions to keep our business. If the company had used a discount code and had a basket which identified which items were exempt, perhaps we would have spent our money here.

This company provides a basic and adequate printing service, like many others. But their communication is appalling. Unsure of how to place my first order, digitalprinting advised me to email my order, with a request for a proof - which I did. This request was completely ignored, and received no reply - they just went ahead and printed. This also meant the order was despatched early, during a time that I was away on holiday and unable to receive it. My complaint email to digitalprinting was also completely ignored (other than the standard automated "you have been assigned a case number" message). No matter how good, or otherwise, the printing may be, there is great risk in using a company with such appalling customer service, and such a cavalier and arrogant attitude to their customers. And mysteriously, I was not invited to leave feedback via their usual service, even though they claim this opportunity is sent to all customers.

Digital Printing Ltd. are a first class company with which to deal, with superb quality printing.
Although there were some faults on the original print run, they immediately produced a first-class reprint. with no quibbles. The customer service is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended and I have used them a few times now and the result is always the same - excellent.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Quality of printed flyer was really good and very reasonably priced. Next day delivery by courier. I would highly recommend this company for any printed job.

I was so impressed with the service from digital printing - used it for all our wedding invites, signs and order of services. I am so impressed with the quality and finish, the communication was excellent when I had queries and it was reasonably priced and quick turnaround. Have recommended to all my bridal friends.

Great service. Easy to follow instructions. Price point very competitive. Checked document and came back to me with query same day then proceeded with order to same deadline. Really impressed with whole service and end result was just what I was after. Colour front and back at no extra cost, 16 pages all set within 4 days

I have used DigitalPrinting.co.uk twice now. I am not a graphic designer and have not set up documents with bleed before, but I found the information on the website was very clear and comprehensive, and I was able to provide the artwork correctly formatted without having to contact DP at any point. The options for specification for my booklets was easy to use and helpful. Within a few hours of submitting my order, their 'For print' version appeared on my online account for me to view. The two orders have arrived in 53hours and 47hours respectively. This is absolutely incredible speed and service, and this was without using their express-order service. The finished products are beyond perfect - very high quality. I have not found any errors, blurs or misalignments in any copy. All mistakes were down to my own proof-reading failures. The perfect-bound and saddle-stitched options have both been superb and solid. I could not be happier with this company and I will never look anywhere else for booklet-printing knowing what these guys can do. Many thanks.

Great service! I wasn't sure if the sizing of our proof would be correct. I had no need to worry as the customer service and communication through the whole process was extremely helpful and they were quick to respond to any of my concerns.

Can't speak highly enough of this company, speedy high-quality print (was with me in less than 48hrs) and excellent customer service. Connor and Ian deserve a special mention as I never had to chase for an update. Will definitely use them for all printing in future.
