The experience from start to finish was seamless, the communication while preparing my order was above required and the delivery was on time. The finished product was fantastic, I will definitely be using again and I have had amazing feedback from partners and other brands who have asked me for links to create their own. Really positive first experience purchasing postcards and roller banner from this company. Excellent customer service! Postcards arrived on day expected, but banner didn't, however it was easy to let them know, they reprinted it and even corrected an issue with the QR code for free. The corrected banner arrived within 2 days and still in time for when I needed it.

I have designed and had printed thousands of items over many years in the creative and marketing industry. To have the confidence that you will get back exactly what you have intended is a critical element in choosing a supplier. We ordered double-sided wedding invitations and they came out beautifully! Great quality card, the colours were nice and vibrant, delivery was on time, and the process of ordering them was nice and easy. The only slight issue is that there is no preview for your order after you upload the image, so we had to wait and see how they would come out, but they are perfect so nothing to worry about in the end! The pricing was also very good, so we would definitely use DigitalPrinting again!

Great value and simple to use web site. Ordering process straightforward using the provided templates for the products I needed - A5 leaflets and a couple of roll-up stands for a conference in the near future. Arrived well packed and on-time. Very pleased with the quality of the printing, would certainly use again in the future.

Not wildly happy about the comms at all or the way they managed an order.

I placed an order for 3 of the platinum pull up banners and was very pleased with both the service and results. I could chat to a person when required and delivery to N.Ireland was at a realistic price unlike many competitors. The stands themselves were very solid and were worth the extra amount for a much better solution than the pull out feet. Printing was of a high quality. Very efficient and helpful.
