Simple, Windows 10 key worked, very happy

DigitaIproduct key has genuine products and outstanding customer service! I rarely order software from a lower price source but I decided to buy Microsoft Office since the savings were really large. I asked them if they had had any experience with Microsoft failing to activate the product and they answered the next day, guaranteeing satisfaction. I ordered, downloaded, and installed the software. Microsoft did not activate the software immediately so I sent another message to Digitalproductkey. I received an answer in about one hour. The software was activated and all components of Office Office work perfectly now. I will use this business again!

Updating from Windows 8.1 andWindows10 update was to be the Pro version. Updated to the Windows10 Home version. Vanessa Jones sent me excellent instructions on how to resolve this. Took some time because of all the updates for Winddow10 Home but was finally able to update to Windows10 Pro. Excellent customer service by Vanessa. Thank you.

I contacted you for software, when that did not work due to a "language" issue I discussed with Zack and he arranged for a Product Key for Windows 10 Enterprise. This worked and my Windows 10 Enterprise could be activivated. All appreciated as it solved a long standing issue on my Back-up laptop..

They ONLY accept payment via Payoneer, no other options. No further opinion as I canceled the order at this point.

Vanessa helped me with a laptop that was given to me by a friend. Had a few issues they has to take it back for to fix. Did so with the exception of windows being activated.
In purchases the product from your company I must admit hesitantly because of the price most of all but trusted I was not being scammed.

Service quality and solutions were exceptional. Encountered a few challenges with downloading, which were not all the fault of of Digital Product Key. Response time to help requests was a bit slow, but due to weekend and time zone issues, so must be reasonable here. The true test was the quality interaction with their team - Ariana and Daniel, and their solution. They were on top of the challenges and ensured that all worked well, including taking special actions to make up for my challenges through exceptional service.

Had trouble logging in to view a key I purchased prior to their site update. Melissa aided with my issue quickly, very effective customer service on her end.

Ariana in Customer Service was very helpful as I was unable to complete the download online. With a few extra steps, I have my software. Success!

If you havent used Digital Product key before, I highly recommend their products/services. Their customer support (Amelia) and tech support (Ariana Parker) Are the BEST you will find anywhere on the internet!!!You should know in advance, any problem you have; their tech/cstmr sppt will fix it FAST, no passing you around or hours on hold, Amelia/Ariana continued to work together from reporting I had a problem to the very end. My issue was complex, a corporate laptop with and expired/non existant prior activation code and would not even accept new MS activation codes. With Amelia and Ariana Parker working together, you can trust them to use team viewer and really get into your pc, find the problems, they have extensive experience with problems just like my pc... I watched Ariana working on my screen take control of my pc and quickly jumped through half a dozen screens, making changes and working her magic and BAM!!! it was fixed! Win10 home was activated with my new product key ! You are both GREAT! Thank YOUUUU BOTH !

I installed my software and it didn't operate properly. I contacted Digital Product web site and they connected me with Daniel Parker. He is efficient, intelligent and extremely patient. I will always go back to Digital Products for software purchases or updates.

Daniel Parker was amazing. I was nervous at first but his help made me trust the entire purchase much easier from the technicalities of windows activation to the human touch.

On the good news side, I was able to complete my purchase and download the product.

I did have some difficulties in the download, but this was a problem with Microsoft, not Digitalproductkey and with the help of Lana, was able to resolve it to my satisfaction. The product works just as I had hoped.

My experience was very useful and fast .
