I purchased office 365 and had trouble installing it. I contacted Digital Software Key's live help on their website and Asib Srabon helped me. He was VERY knowledgeable about the product and very professional and understanding and helped me get it up and running. I couldn't have done it without him. Thank You!!!!!!!!

The MS Office Professional Plus that I bought you from on 17 March stopped working today. I contacted customer service and the CS agent named Asib Srabon, helped me fix the problem quickly.

After first Key not working and chat representative basically not caring I contacted them via chat next day and a second key was issued. This one worked for about a month and stopped working. returned to website and no chat available. Filled out customer service request on their website and never heard back.

I purchased 2 different products from this website and the product keys initially did not work. However, I got in contact with the customer service team and thanks to Asib's quick actions and response, the issues got resolved in no time and everything is working fine since then. I really appreciate Asib's help and his commitment to providing excellent customer service. Therefore, I would nominate him for the "Employee of the Month" award.

I ordered a Windows 10 Pro product key from Digital software key website. It came from a company called Bright Market LLC dba Fastspring.
The digital key came right away on the invoice. It was to be a lifetime key so if I changed computers I could use it. I tried to use it to activate Windows and it came back with...This product was already used on another device. So I couldn't use it to activate my Windows.
3/10 Update - I was able to reach CHAT today and they provided me a new product key that worked :-)

This company is horrible. You can't get in touch with them either by phone, chat or email. They only respond via chat when they feel like it. The download link they gave me did not work. Then they sent me another download link. The new link had the wrong product. I am still waiting for them to answer a chat from 2 hours ago. I am now asking for a refund. What a horrible company to deal with. I have been trying to download my purchase since yesterday. I've wasted hours of time fooling with this sorry company. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Interesting there is no way to leave them a google review, only FB access. That should have been my 1st clue.

I appreciate the company's reply, however what does being out of support have to do with not receiving the product I purchased? Furthermore, I was never told about a 14 day support period. None of the chat reps I had yesterday told me I was out of support time either. The fact still remains that I did not have the product I purchased and after almost 2 days of trying, I went to another company because not being able to download the links or get assistance prevented me from being able to work. Read my final 2 chats notifying you of that. Really I should have been told I was out of support. I was told via chat the link does not have an expiration date. So the link doesn't expire, just your support expires?
Question is what if the customer doesn't have the product they purchased because of a company error? I wonder how any business does that?
You just don't help a customer after 2 weeks or would you charge them more money for support?
What is your answer for your phone never being answered during your posted "open hours"? Not once or twice, but multiple times on multiple days. Your "request a call" link is a 404 (broken). What is your answer for your lack of availability. Is it because I was out of support and so you were ignoring me, but forgot to tell me that. It seems to me you intentionally choose to selectively assist customers when it suits you. The bottom line is you did not deliver and worse yet you did not respond to the requests for the correct download timely. Read the last 2 chats I sent yesterday and respond via email.

I purchased a MS Office Home and Business software package from their website. The order was confirmed on the site, and I received an email notice confirming the order, and saying that there would be a few hours delay in sending me the License Key to download the software. The license key never came. I sent three emails to their support email, but no answer. I tried phoning their customer support phone line, but the call did not connect. I tried contacting them by the web site Chat function, and there was no answer. UPDATE: Nine days later I was finally able to contact someone on their website chat feature, and the next day I received the Serial Key and was able to download and activate the Office software package. NOTE: It’s best to go directly to MS site to download. You’ll need to sign in, or I’m guessing, create an account. When I tried accessing the Digital Software Key page, it froze and a warning came up about the computer being frozen due to ‘identity rheft malware’. I was able to exit out of my browser to stop it. I then scanned the computer for viruses and it was clean.

I had a slight problem with my product, but the the support manager was great and went above and beyond to solve the problem, which was my fault. Great work guys.

I purchased a license for Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2019 and never received the license. I have tried contacting them by chat on their website, email & phone. No response at all. I don't know if they went out of business, but their website is still up and running but no support at all.

Support Not Responding as stated, purchased norton key for 2 years but when activated......showed only 60 days!

Can't reach back to get invoice for the purchase. Also, the website has no information about actual company name, credit card transaction shows some business in London. Shop around, same stuff for way cheaper from reputable companies... lesson learned for me :(
