Best agency to work with for the marketing of your business.

I hired DigiVolcano for SEO and a landing page. I paid $2,409 upfront — and what I got was a total waste of time, energy, and money.
From the very beginning, I asked them to focus only on one product category — my pet urns — and to handle backend basics like meta descriptions and keywords. These were non-negotiable requests made before I even signed the contract.
Instead, I got pushback. I was told repeatedly to “be patient,” “cooperate,” and “they know best.” They completely ignored what I said was important to me as the client. Their SEO reports focused on the wrong products and the backend requests were left untouched — for months.
The landing pages were just as bad. The first two versions looked like someone never visited my website — wrong fonts, wrong colors, wrong buttons, completely off-brand. Even the header didn’t match. It was careless and amateur. The third version came after 3 weeks — even worse. I had given them clear direction, copy, and full access, and they still couldn’t get it right.
To top it off, communication was a mess. One person would disappear and someone else would take over — I never knew who I was dealing with.
I’ve removed their access to my site and requested a refund. All I’ve gotten is excuses, stalling, and vague reassurances. This was a smoke-and-mirrors operation that left me with nothing useful, just stress.
Avoid DigiVolcano if you value your brand, time, or sanity.
They claim that if a client isn’t happy, they’ll issue a refund. I gave them ample time and clear communication to make it right — and they still haven’t honored that promise. That should tell you everything you need to know about how this company really operates.
