This website is a fraud

They are saying they deliver my order and I have not received anything. I have cameras in my home and I am able to see that no one has even delivered in my home. I’m upset because I have waited months for this item and I’m still not received anything. I need a refund a full refund please.

Update...

Never received my order. I received an email on 3/26/26 stating that my order was delivered on 3/20/26. I have cameras. No order was delivered. The number doesn't work, so I can't speak to anyone. No refunds either. I've been emailing the support team and all I get is I'll look into it from an AI and nothing for weeks. I still haven't received a reply when I asked where's my order. I placed my order on Valentine's Day.
After writing this review, I received an email with a number to contact USPS. There's an investigation going on to locate the package and I will be informed in 1-3 days. I will update my review and rating going forward.

Customer service is very helpful

My jersey is perfect, after I was able to contact customer service, concerned I would not receive the rest of my products on time for a baseball game that I will be attending, they have informed me that they have expedited my order and I will be getting it before I go to the game. I appreciate them reaching out to me and helping me! I’m excited to see my customized shoes, and will definitely post again after I receive everything else!!

If you are a college sports fan

If you are a college sports fan. I would suggest not buying anything from (#dihaga) as the quality is not there and neither is the customer service. I purchased a 6-panel ivy cap in my size. They stopped making it and instead of contacting me they sent me this flat cap that’s a button back, one-size fits all. Bad printing as well. Then I would have had to pay to return a hat I did not order and then the other option I was given was 30% off.

Great product

The quality of the graphics on the hat looks nothing like what was on the picture. I’m very disappointed.
After being disappointed in the product that I purchased, I received a replacement hat. It was superb! The graphics were clear and the personalization was perfect. I am very pleased with this product.

I wanted to give some positive feedback but I really don’t like the product. I ordered the shoes which I was I really disappointed with.. the material is horrible. Everything is pressed on .. then there is the varsity jacket .. the first one was to small but it was personalized so I couldn’t send it back ordered a bigger size and the personalized name was much smaller than the first jacket ..
