I do not. I also did not use any kind of bonus, this was won from a clean cash deposit.
3 months later, still no redemption and my account is locked. Efforts to reach out are just met with the same response.
THey also refused to return my deposits, even though they also are refusing to pay the legitimate win.

It's not letting me use a promo code that was sent to me and "brooke" the customer service representative is saying she can't fix it and I have to make more regular purchases. Unfortunately this just isn't true, because it just happened to me on your sister site and they fixed it IMMEDIATELY. Don't send one of your VIP players a promo code if they can't even use it and Brooke was no help at all.

Well, they did give me my money, but I had to threaten legal action from four different agencies to FORCE them to, all legal filings are continuing regardless because of consumer protection law violations. Everyone should do the same and then report them to delete their account afterward. Don’t give them a good rating because they gave you the money that was rightfully yours. They’re a joke and disgusting. Oh, and they blocked my account after due to their own discretion, they claim, when in reality, it’s just because of spite and they got scared, lol (before they come and say it’s because I was disruptive. Yes, I was disruptive. I called them names. I was so mean to them I told them horrible things I don’t deny that for a second and I would do it again happily so just before they say that I’ll say it first, also they keep acting as if they won because they banned me after they gave me my money (their BBB response was so hilarious and childish relating to that, and was rejected by me for filing legal action). Their compliance team review is not genuine. I have all the documented evidence to prove it, so keep that in mind for anyone who gives you that excuse when you’re trying to get your money back and it’s taking days or they fail. Also, do not ever cancel your redemption even if they tell you to. It’s a stall tactic that only puts you in the back of the line. This is all deliberately done. None of it is accidental. They can lie all they want. I have an overwhelming amount of evidence and contradictions that prove that they are extraordinarily deceptive and are breaking laws in many cases. Also, they misconstrued their policies like every two seconds they circumvent their own “security” measures by suggesting workarounds against them that doesn’t make logical sense as a red flag on its own. These people don’t even try to be good at lying. also, they don’t realize that banning an account and then just using the excuse and using the terms of condition at sole discretion doesn’t really protect them from consumer protection laws (because that’s considered retaliation which is illegal even if they try to use their term terms of Service “at our sole discretion” )they try so hard to fall back on their policy to save their butt from themselves lying, but every time they try doing it, they contradict themselves. also even though they banned my account, they still allow me to purchase things from said banned account, which is also another thing against civil law breaching their own terms of Services. volume triggered automatic AML protocols, the rejections would have been systematic and immediate. Instead, DimeSweep's support team endorsed a workaround, proving the holds were discretionary, not automatic. You don’t provide workaround for security protocols that defeats the purpose of security if anybody hasn’t caught onto that part yet and didn’t think that was weird and on its own I lost hope for humanity.
