The Baldman holsters I ordered just didn’t work for me. Elastic band between shoulder pads allowed the pad above gun to slip down off shoulder with the straps adjusted as tight as possible. They first advised me to replace the elastic strap with a solid strap. I was not comfortable with altering the holster rig. They then arranged for a replacement with a different shoulder holster rig. I am very satisfied with their customer service.

Solid shooting & carry accessories at very reasonable prices. Quick shipment only sweetened the deal.

Good products with reasonable pricing.
A little slow on the response time for inquiries and shipping but that is to be expected with a startup company and I'm sure they will streamline those procedures in time.
Might want to tame down the frequency of the email sales notifications as they become annoying in their frequency.

Great holster, very snug fit and very comfortable just as advertised. Each of my carry choices fit well. My son even tried it and loves it.

The products I have purchased (3 holsters, 2 carry bags, and 2 quality belts) have all worked well as I have used them all in different situations, etc.
Customer Service has been very attentive with regard to questions and issues that I have had.

I have never dealt with a more caring company than Dinosaurized. I ordered four sling bags and on one of the bags I felt the strap didn't give you enough length for the bag positioning on your body and the access strap for the firearm compartment was too short and kept falling into the compartment. Loving the bags anyways, I voiced my concern. Jolie at Dinosaurized has made it effortless to try a different bag and they are shipping me out a different bag and not requiring me to return the other one which I find unbelievable !!! This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with in my life and I'm 65 years old. I will purchase from them again and again for anything that I need that they carry. Certainly give them a try. See what they have. If there's anything on their website that you need or want, I would purchase from them. It's a guaranteed 100% satisfaction guaranteed..... I ordered a tactical Christmas stocking by the picture and description they provided on their website. Package received and it was the wrong stocking. Contacted them immediately and at first just asked to exchange it for the correct one but after emails that did not make sense from them, pressure to keep the wrong stocking I requested a refund. Now I am being told I will have to pay $10 for their return label or I will have to pay cost to return it. I should not have to pay anything since they sent me the incorrect stocking.

very good service, when I thought I did not receive my package, they emailed right away and investigated it to bring to resolution really quick. Ended up my wife received the package without telling me, but they investigated, sent pictures and everything. Very good customer service.

I recently purchased two sling bags and one tactical pin on receiving my items pen was damaged. I may reach out to Customer Service about the pen approximately 10 days. My parents arrived with zero questions asked that in my opinion is outstanding Customer Service and I will not hesitate to purchase from this company again.

My experience with the company was they reach out to me as soon as they could regarding my inquiry. Though there was a delay in the delivery, with no further details, I did receive my product. The product was acceptable little on the loose size, but usable.
