Leanne and her team were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of buying our first home.
After a terrible experience with a previous mortgage advisor, working with Leanne was a complete breath of fresh air. We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. She was incredibly patient, always happy to answer our endless questions, and made us feel supported every step of the way.

Leanne and Alana absolutely surpassed my expectations. I initially contacted them in a blind panic. We’d been looking for a suitable new home for 3 years. Our dream house came on the market. The day after the viewing, the agent had 3 offers within 30 mins so we knew that we had to act fast. As we’d been house searching for so long, our financial situation had changed quite a lot since we’d previously spoken with a mortgage advisor. Leanne and Alana understood the assignment!! They prompted me quickly with everything that I needed to provide them, to obtain a mortgage in principle - and true to their word, they’d sorted me a MIP pretty much instantaneously. Sorting the formal mortgage offer was equally as easy. With my partner being self employed, the paper trail of documentation is more complicated (and slightly overwhelming) but they guided me through it, as the absolute pros that they are. Any guidance or advice I’ve needed from them, they’ve responded pretty much instantaneously. I really didn’t think we’d be able to lend what we’ve been able to - and it’s genuinely been down to having Leanne and Alana on our side. Eternally grateful for them for alleviating any of our concerns, taking away the majority of the stress associated with the financial side of things and just being generally being on the top of their game, with immediate knowledge of lender requirements and the general market conditions. Absolutely top class service and would recommend 100%!!

Leane and Alana were great. They have just helped me and my sister complete on our first house. They have so many products and you will be surprised when you speak to them what you can afford. They held our hands through out and removed all legal jargon and made everything clear and simple. I highly recommend them. Very professional and prompt to respond to any queries

I couldn’t have asked for more from my case manager Alana and her colleague Leanne. As a first time buyer I had no idea what to expect when buying my apartment. Alana has gone above and beyond for me and I cannot thank her enough for all of her help, patience and time. Throughout the whole time it has taken for this sale to finally complete Alana has been there every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble she really has been a rock! The help and support which she has given me goes way above and beyond, she is a credit to your Company. When buying a property for the first time a lot of terminology used is very unfamiliar. All the team at Direct Mortgages are honestly amazing, especially Liam who was my broker. I had a few emails back and forth with Jayne regarding life insurance and she was great also!
From the get go Liam was very helpful as we were first time buyers, explaining everything in detail, very thorough and efficient. Got my mortgage in principle the same day and even sorted life insurance for us which I didn’t even know I needed. He would answer my 1000 emails a day almost right away and never made me feel silly for asking them. He recommended solicitors for us which was super helpful and cost effective and made the daunting process of housing buying not as stressful as it seems to be. If there was ever an issue/ problem he would be straight on it and be sorted almost right away.
Overall experience 10/10 from Liam. Would 100% recommend especially if you are first time buyers!!

Alana and Leanne were amazing , they did a re mortgage for me and also put through a second mortgage.
Nothing was to much trouble and they was always at the end of the phone answering my million questions and was always working throughout to find the best mortgage rate for me even until the week before completion. They were patient and took away all the hard work and stress from me. Couldn’t recommend them enough
