Great experience with the team at Direct365, especially Sasha Deegan, great communication and service

A big thanks to Steph Jones at Direct 365. For helping me set up my account with this company for my business. She was very quick to reply to any of my questions and I received my paperwork straight away.

I received excellent customer service from Jack Ball who arranged the renewal of my fire safety risk for my business. As I received such a good service at a great price last year, I had no hesitation in booking again this year.

I highly recommend using Direct 365 for washroom supplies. I have recently used them on a few properties we manage and everything is a great, price is fantastic, service is amazing especially from Dave Hepworth he has gone above and beyond with his customer service and help even when I had made a massive mistake with one of the contracts he just sorted this without no hesitation.

The set up was uncomplicated an efficient and this is largely due to Dave. Hello everyone I so please with the information that i was given by Stephanie Jones she very helpful and giving me advice on what we required.

Direct 365 are the 'go-to' company in terms of ensuring your company remains compliant. Unfortunately, we fell behind on our fire risk assessment side and I reached out via email and got a phone call within a matter of minutes to discuss further. Dealt with Jack Ball who is professional, courteous and dealt with my request from the start in terms of obtaining information, arranging the quote etc.

I was very grateful for the fast communication from Mike Charman. Made the whole process extremely easy and is clearly very knowledgeable about the services being offered. Thanks Mike for your great customer service.
