First time we ever used the service and the data was awful. Extremely low contact rate, many tenants when we’d requested home owners and agents were reporting 10 plus unobtainable numbers. Got nowhere complaining so that was the first and last time we will be using them. Have it a long time to get resolution too but they really weren’t interested.

The company responded that they would replace “all 10 numbers”. Said in a somewhat snarky way perhaps but they know full well that I didn’t type clearly enough. Multiple booking agents were reporting that they had EACH gone through around 10 non existent numbers IN A ROW. We then took them off the data’s I didn’t make that clear. If there were only 10 numbers that were unobtainable, I would have just handed them back for replacement.

The email was trying to sell me data, then i said do not email and they emailed again? purely a waste of my time and their time

UPDATED: 20/07/22 another email was received today and reported to the ICO.
showing them previous correspondence of opting out and asking this company to leave me alone!
