Nice-looking bowl, good price, and it arrived a week early—cool. Lighting the thing took some juggling; emailed the help line and got a “check YouTube” note two days later. Not bad for the money, but don’t expect white-glove guidance.

Bought new would not light after two years trying to get parts got it to light. Then it will only run or stay lit for about 2 minutes then the flame goes out. This is truly a piece of crap! Do not buy from Direct fire pits.

Returned product in accordance with their procedures and it has now been two months since they received the product. Still waiting for my refund.
They do not answer the phone or reply to emails. Do not deal with Direct Fire Pits.

I ordered a few samples and then ordered my firepit glass. Both the sample and the full order were exactly as ordered and quickly processed. I also appreciated the email updates.

Rachel and her team were the absolutely best to work with through our goal of having the best possible fire pit setup. If you like doing business with folks that are interested in you being fully satisfied in your purchase, Rachel is the best...period. Don't contact anyone else, it would be a mistake!!!

During the pandemic everything was delayed for our home Reno. It was all painful. Except for our order from Direct Fire Pits. They were so personable and kept us in the loop about the delays. They would say they would touch back in 2 months and sure enough, to the date, they would touch back in. Great customer service.

Not to mention that the product was awesome and the quality that we were hoping for. Would definitely buy from them again in the future.

Can't say a bad thing about direct fire pits. We ordered a natural gas fireplace instead of a propane system. They worked with us to swap out the heads. We were so worried we would have to buy a whole new unit, but it was super easy. Customer support is really trustworthy and responsive.

Do not try to buy from them. I placed an order for a square 36” fire pit kit in January and I February they said they’re out of stock and won’t be getting any soon. I replied back to them that I can wait never got a response. 2 week later they increased the price by $300 online. Don’t buy from them they’re trying to up their prices to take advantage of supply and demand.

You had no problem taking my order and money but I have had no communication after that. Where is my order?

I purchased the surround face cover not knowing that all that it was and the company WOULD NOT give me a refund. I never opened the box at all. So ne careful ordering from this company.

It has more than a month since my order and I still do not have the product that I ordered. This after reminding you it had not been delivered over a week ago and you stating it would ship right out? WHERE IS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made a call to verify my order and the gentleman was so nice. And I will review my order as soon as I receive it. But so far I'm very pleased with the service.

They were extremely helpful with my questions over the phone. The ordering process was seamless and the product arrived before originally expected. Packaging was thorough which is important for gas burner products. Buy with confidence.

After confirming that the firepit we wanted was in stock and available for immediate shipment, we placed our order. After waiting several weeks we never received and cancelled our order. We also ordered the matching cover that shipped immediately. Unfortunately we can't use this and firepit direct won't take it back because it's beyond 30 days!

I bought a fire pit Sat Jan 8th. I’ve tried to contact you numerous times via email, phone and text. I haven’t gotten a response. I would like to add a face plate but at this point in thinking about canceling my order and going elsewhere. You took my payment immediately and then disappeared. Very suspicious and I’m NOT a happy customer.
