Direct Kitchens Reviews 

We used direct kitchens 20 years ago to fit our first kitchen, they did not disappoint us then so we went back and once again we have no regrets, fantastic service from the start. All the team have been amazing but a mention for Paul and his mate James for a brilliant nothing too much trouble and attention to detail approach to his work, very pleased with our new kitchen, highly recommended.

Very good quality kitchen which looks modern and professional for a reasonable price. Good customer service and provided good advice throughout the design process. Liased with the kitchen fitters and other tradesman to make the installation process very simple.

Professional job at a great price.new wardrobes with sliding doors installed in master bedroom .so much better use of space.also we had a new stud wall built in previous bedroom.both the builder roger and fitter Chris did a fantastic job . Very pleased with the results

Having experienced a highly satisfactory kitchen installation by Direct Kitchens we decided to employ them to install a fitted wardrobe and bedroom furniture.
Once more the work was carried out by skilled installers and late minor changes to our requirements accommodated . I have confidence in Direct kitchens and would be happy to employ them in the future .

Direct Kitchens in Sheffield not only did an excellent job of designing and installing my kitchen but some 10 months afterwards when I encountered a leak they were there to solve the problem in 10 minutes from making the call.... The service is fantastic.... I'm a very grateful and thankful customer who would advise anyone to use this 5 star service.

Really happy with our kitchen. All the staff really helpful and kept well informed at every stage. The fitter, electrician and tiler did a first class job. Highly recommend.

At the design stage we had requested a tall narrow cupboard however upon fitting this was not included and to do so would have been an additional cost for materials and fitting. A little peeved about this however to avoid any delays we decided to continue without it. Fitting was completed smoothly and on time by Matt and Jack - a very pleasant and polite couple of guys who worked really hard and ensured that they left the work area as clean and as tidy as possible at the end of each day. On the whole, a good experience, company very competitive with other kitchen suppliers with no need for gimmicks and whistles, and no hesitation in recommending.

Thank you to the two ladies at direct kitchens who gave me a copy of my contract of 4 years ago, this proved my 5 year guarantee; and thanks to abode taps of Barnsley who gave me new tap cartridges free under guarantee. Thanks again and a merry Christmas to you.

Existing kitchen was some 40 years old so was more than ready for a remodelling. I was recommended to use Direct Kitchens by 2 separate friends and have no regrets. Process and service level was excellent from start to finish. Fitting took place between 28 Nov and 1 Dec - kitchen fitter Cris has done a superb job and I am well pleased with the end result.

Unfortunately due to the fitting experience I have scored direct kitchens 2 stars. There was no attention to detail by the fitter. I had to do several snagging lists. The fitter ran over time by double the expected fit time. I was very unhappy with his work and spoke to direct kitchens asking for someone to come out and look. They did not. Their excuse was it was unusual for the fitter and he’d been ill with a cold.
Because of this I would not recommend this company.

Absolutely terrible experience. Steer well clear! 8 months in from ripping my old kitchen out it's still not finished with no end even in sight! The guy that sells you the dream is nowhere to be seen from the moment he gets your deposit! Won't even take a call. Been a really bad experience and we're taking this as far as we can! Joke of a company.

A good experience from start to finish , fitters arrived when expected , they cleaned up afterwards so very pleased with this company

Sorted a problem we had with placement of a micro wave. They provided a perfect replacement fitted no mess and were on time with appointments

The fitters have done a first class job the kitchen looks fantastic Carls design perfect. We are very pleased with our finished kitchen and would highly recommend Direct Kitchens

Very helpful and friendly staff in the showroom and on the phone. Although I am not yet living in this new build property, the fitters were prompt, efficient and helpful.
Also, everyone listened to my requirements and requests and carried them out. I am delighted with the end result and look forward to moving in and enjoying my new kitchen and bedroom. Many thanks everyone at Direct Kitchens in Ecclesfield.
