Good company to deal with
ordered blinds online with no problems ,recieved the blinds but with one part broken rang them and recieved new part next day great service.

Never have I received such amazing customer service. I messed up when ordering blinds and they have been fantastic in helping me rectify the situation. I highly recommend these guys. Cheryl and the team are simply superb!

A couple of years ago, I ordered some Perfect Fit pleated blinds for the large bi-folding doors in my kitchen. None of the fabric choices were quite right for us, so the customer service team helped us to source an alternative fabric that was exactly what we wanted. The blinds arrived quickly and fitted perfectly.

Earlier this year, one of the plastic handles on the blinds broke. I contacted the customer service team and was sent a new handle free of charge.

Recently, I needed some new blinds for the french windows in my living room. From the good experience I'd had before, I ordered some fabric samples from Direct Order Blinds and the samples turned up the next day. One of these was perfect so I placed an order for Perfect Fit roller blinds on a Sunday. By Friday, the blinds were with me and they fitted easily and perfectly. First class service.

I have ordered a total 4 set of Intu blinds on separate occasions throughout 9 month period.
I wasn't confident how to measure and which product was the best etc. Then there was a Cheryl who was very patient and responsive to explain and solve the problems that I had after installation. she replied most of the emails on the same day or very next day AND I have just realized we have exchanged 120 emails between us -- impressive.

She was very active and efficient to communicate between me and the manufacturer to sort out the problem.
Most online stores are generally good to sell genuin products /dispatch/delivery/. However, not all companies are swift to handle the problems after the sale. I have just made the last blind order at Directorderblinds.
By looking at the previous emails we had, I thought the company is very deserved to get 5 stars if not more.

Lockdown has had us doing all sorts of DIY and decorating. Since I couldn't get anyone out to measure up for blinds and I am more than capable of following measuring instructions and using a tape measure, I decided to get some quotes for blinds off the internet. I came across directorderblinds while searching for Perfect Fit and INTU blinds. Their prices are great (I compared a few, including some well known companies) and this company came up with the best selection and price. Ordered, received and installed within 2 weeks and the blinds look fab! I will be in touch soon to order some more!

Despite the current (COVID-19) conditions ordering was easy and customer support excellent when I got a measurement wrong! Blind arrived in good time with overnight delivery and was assembled and easily fitted in under an hour from arriving on the doorstep. We ordered a Perfect Fit Wooden blind for our full length glass kitchen door, which was an excellent match for out exiting kitchen blinds. Item was well packed and the assembly and fitting instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Blind looks great and we will definitely use again for our next project.

We ordered 6 INTU blinds for our living room windows and got a discount of 25%, which was great. They were delivered within the specified time and came with clear instructions on how to fit them, including a video tutorial. Our questions about the side profiles were answered promptly and efficiently and we are very happy with the quality of the blinds that fit perfectly and make our living room look very cosy. We both recommend this company - true professionals.

I initially phoned direct order blinds and then sent emails back and forth with odd questions and discussing options and possibilities, even things not listed as options on the website.
every time the reply came back quickly and helped me decide what i wanted was possible.
i placed the order, with an email to confirm options.
The 6 blinds arrived on time, as ordered and at a very good price!

Having phoned Directorderblinds mid-afternoon on Wednesday, I received a written response within a few hours. I placed my order the next day, and the goods arrived first thing this morning. Excellent service, and very professional team .

Excellent customer service received from pre-ordering to delivery. My questions (about measuring and fitting Perfect Fit Venetian blinds) were answered quickly over the phone and by e-mail and the blinds look great across my french doors and dining room. Looking forward to receiving my second order!

I don't often leave reviews but I have been so impressed by this company's service I felt I had to. I ordered Perfect fit Roller blinds for my kitchen despite having some misgivings as DIY is not a strong point. We needed 6 blinds, first 5 went up very easily, we we're on a roll, bring on the last one!! To our dismay we discovered it was too big, my bad, I'd mis-measured. 🤦
A quick phone call to customer services and we arranged to get it to them the next day and they altered it whilst we waited. £25 well spent.
Their professionalism and the positive attitude of their staff is exceptional. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Direct Order Blinds.

Fantastic service, ordered 2 Perfect Fit pleated blinds for Patio doors, arrived 3 days later WOW easy to assemble and fittings was so easy, can highly recommended this company, found the customer service excellent

We bought 4 roller blinds of the same material. 3 were fine, one failed. We contacted them and received a very rude response saying that it was our fault for not fitting it properly . It's 2 brackets and clip the blind in . The owner is seriously arrogant and I'm amazed he has a business. I would avoid at all costs. Plenty of other companies . The cheapest price isn't always the best option .....

I ordered some Perfect Fit pleated blinds for our lounge windows online. They were delivered ahead of schedule, arrived in perfect condition and were really easy to fit. I was initially very nervous about ordering blinds online but I have to say the whole process was very easy. I am very impressed with this company and intend to order more blinds for my conservatory in the New Year. Highly recommend this company.

The blind arrived broken, on contacting them I was told to repair it myself and that they would not send a replacement. Absolutely shocking customer service.. I would NEVER use this company again.
