I found the experience of working with Direct Partners highly satisfying. Lisa, my assessor, was able to adapt the learning and assessment process to my learning style, was patient and flexible and has an ability to present information in a digestable, understandable way that really sticks.

Sport Aberdeen has worked with Direct Partners for over 10 years. During this time they have supported numerous Modern Apprenticeships and 3 cohorts of staff through a Management Development Programme. Recently completing TAQA for two individuals. Direct Partners have assisted Sport Aberdeen in creating opportunities across the workforce.

I am grateful to the Direct Partners team. Both Lisa and Nina, who are the people who were helping me and supporting me in my progress, are excellent human beings and very professional in what they do.

Direct Partners have helped me access a qualification while I work to help my career progression. They have supported me through the units and are always on hand if I am unsure of any elements. Working with Direct Partners and Nicole was an amazing experience which helped me work out what I want out of my career and the workplace. Nicole was incredibly helpful and made sure I settled into my new role by providing guidance and support whenever necessary and I cannot thank her enough!

The team and in particuar Nicole were fantastic- a real support and kept me on track to completing my qualification. Nicole was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, supporting with the right informaiton when needed and seeking updates when these were needed for my employer compliance.
