I have placed several orders with this business, never once have I been let down. Service and shipping have been exceptional. Prices have been more than competitive, you won't find a better deal anywhere!

First order was great, so I ordered again, and again. Always easy, fantastic packaging (maybe a little paranoid on the extra padding!), exactly as described. Fast customer service if you need it.

Parts came super quick and was exactly what I expected

Optics prices were a steal! I placed my order on Saturday 3/22 (likely not seen until Monday 3/24) and got a shipping notification on Tuesday 3/25, and was on my doorstep by Monday 3/31. One week turn around isn't Amazon Prime, but it ain't bad considering I grew up when shipping took 4-6 weeks at best and most of the time was on USPS anyway. Great prices on Primary Arms optics...I might need to grab a few more.

In my first shipment half of my order was missing, I emailed that day, called the next day, emailed again two days after that, it took me going to the sister company AR15discounts and using their live chat to get in contact with anyone from Dirty Bird Industries. This was 6 days after initially emailing.

Once I did get in contact they were very helpful and made sure to make my order right, but the 6 days missing half a shipment with no contact was very frustrating

Good products, good prices.

Not a good experience at all. Placed an order on 12/26. After about a week, I reached out and got an immediate response which was great. My follow up questions went ignored. I had to follow up 3 times and threaten to cancel my order before I got a response promising for my order to be shipped out this week, and that I’d receive an email with tracking. I emailed today following up and wouldn’t you know it, it went ignored. No email response, and no tracking. I’m assuming that it was not sent as promised. What’s even more upsetting is that I ordered this finding out later that it was well overpriced, and could have saved about $200 if I had just been a little bit patient.

All that to say this. This place is overpriced, and you won’t get responses so it’s best to be a little more patient and shop around. Just because it’s “in stock” doesn’t mean you’ll get it anytime soon.

Hot tip: Use the FFL tool and contact them directly before placing your order. That’s how I found out that the firearm I ordered was $200 cheaper at the FFL location.

Your product sight was hard to find

The only thing missing is a packing slip.would make it easy to tell who the order came from.i had 3 orders of the same product from 3 suppliers.

They use usps to ship so it takes awhile to get to you. I wish they offered fed ex or ups option for faster shipping.
