I got exactly what I was looking for (Yakima 4 bike rack) at exactly the price advertised by Discount Bandit. Will definitely shop here again and recommend it to friends.

Do Not use this service if you want to be confident you are purchasing through a reputable appliance dealer. They connect customers with "companies" like Gold Coast Appliances that do not respond to email, have a bogus customer service line that acts like you are in the queue until it suddenly disconnects you. This company ships damaged appliances previously written off as if they are new, and makes lowball offers through Discount Bandit because they can make pure orofit when it works.

I had a great experience with Discount Bandit. I was unable to find a potting table I was looking for but they found one and at a great price! I actually received the product sooner than promised. I would definitely recommend this site for good deals and good service!

My experience was short and sweet. With the assistance of Discount Bandit I received the lowest price. I accepted their offer after readIng all about what they do and they connected me with the retailer in the time they said they would. I knew the item may not arrive as fast (as their website explained), but in fact i ended up receiving it just as quickly w/ no problem. The emails from Discount Bandit along the way were honest and informative—letting me know what would happen next, and regarding payment etc they disclosed how much they were paid for the transaction for connecting me with the vendor, and that the remainder of the total cost was paid to the vendor. No hassle for me. My item arrived as expected so I had need for no further interaction. If I had received the item damaged I would have felt very comfortable working w/ the vendor (not Disc Bandit, as that is not their job at that point) just like I would in an online order that Discount Bandit was not involved. I appreciate their business.

Bad service i tryed calling the for two weekes an got no answer they did not send the nuts an bolts i need an left out the most important part of the pool the pool liner this company sucks

I received excellent service at a great price! I did have to wait a few weeks for a merchant match and delivery but I could not beat the price, free shipping and no sales tax. Al long as you plan ahead I recommend Discount Bandit.

Discount Bandit found me a great deal, but the shipping truck damaged the dishwasher. They got md a refund and was very professional about it. I will use them again.

Shopped and shopped and shopped. I'm pretty anal about finding the best deals I can. Up to and including shipping cost and taxes. It all adds up. So, when I found this deal on Discount Bandit. I researched the day lights out of it. I couldn't find a complete better deal than Discount Bandit.

We were skeptical about ordering through a third party online, but we were pleasantly surprised. We found the item we were looking for and for a much lower price than we could find it anywhere else. We received our confirmations the same day and our purchase arrived very quickly, especially considering it was a pretty big package. We would definitely use this website again in the future.

I purchased a highly rated major brand refrigerator from them. I honestly was skeptical but felt comfortable knowing my Amex would protect me. I ended up getting a price over $400 cheaper than anywhere else on the internet. They are a broker and will receive a portion of the price you pay but it will add up to the exact price they quoted. I received the item from a reputable dealer that listed the same item for $400+ more. They also delivered in 2 days when it stated up to 3 weeks. I would absolutely recommend their service if you are looking for a great deal.

I was very satisfied with my experience with discount bandit! I purchased my tonneau cover for my truck through discount bandit and was given the total price including their portion of a finders fee. Even then, I was still able to find a better price through discount bandit over other websites and discount websites. Not sure why others had a hard time with discount bandit but my overall experience was amazing!

Shopping on Discount Bandit was easy and very transparent. Received a price for the total sale and my receipt broke down the retailer price and the charge for Discount Bandit. Very transparent transaction! Retailer shipped promptly and my merchandise arrived on time.

They have a shady pricing structure. They can't even explain why the charged you the way they did. The math doesn't add up. I wouldn't do business with them again.

I don't agree with the response below. Their fee was not included in the price shown on their site. I've worked with their support team and even they were unable to clarify the charge. I ended up paying about $40 more than what was quoted to me, and it was not tax/fees as stated below.

It has been very frustrating. My order was on May 2 and the vendor indicated that the oven is ready by May 25. Credit card was charged. So far (June 18) nothing from the vendor Goedeker's. Call was not answered. email (supposed to be responded within 48 hours according to their voice mail) were not responded. At this moment, my over $3,000 product is not only in jeopardy, but also without oven and microwave for over two months.

I will not recommend Discount Bandit, nor Goedeker's. Their services are just lousy.

It's been over a month since I placed my order. Still no delivery date. This place is a scam. Don't do it for the 5% savings, you'll regret it.

I bought a computer monitor for a good price. Though I was skeptical due to the reviews here, everything went smoothly in my experience. Just wanted to share with you

So, I'll say that I read all of the negative reviews before giving discount bandit a try. Questionably, I placed a several thousand dollar order for a automotive brake kit on a Sunday, and the next morning, discount bandit had actually linked me with an outlet to fulfill my order at the agreed upon price. Later that day, the merchant contacted me, processed my order, and today received my products with everything being perfect. Discount bandit won't charge you for their cut of the transaction until your purchases ship, which is good.

I have to mention that I too did not receive an order confirmation like everyone complains about, I checked my spam folder and everything. And without that, once you leave the screen after placing the order, you're kind of in the dark unless you took screenshots like I did. Personally, that's a major turn off for me, considering how much money I just spent. I started to have second thoughts on the process and reached out to discount bandit for a confirmation. I got the confirmation sent minutes before they found a merchant to provide the products I bought.

Your mileage may vary, perhaps i had a smooth process because Discount Bandit was making more off of my order as opposed to small orders. Something to consider...
