Don't trust the free offers they will not back them up
U will see I posted 3 or 4 other reviews which were 5 stars unfortunately this is only 2 stars and my last review for this company as I will no longer b dealing with them.
Now I stick by my other reviews the products were great. But I got an email Free Carton which I still have.
I put in the code didn't work I tried again it said my code had been used.
So I contacted and dealt with for the most part was Mary and a couple were from Zach.
I tried everything they kept telling me to do nothing worked. U know after many times trying u finally get fed up with the offer which is what I did. I was also told I was eligible for a free pack while I was trying to get my free carton I got neither!
I really don't care about the free pack it's no big deal.
But I had just finished ordering a 6 carton order when I got the free carton email. I was told by Mary they would make the free carton deal happen my next order
So I was making another order which I think was 7 or 8 cartons and again was talking to Mary who after I explained again about the free carton she told me that offer was expired. I said well if u read all the above messages about this matter u will see u told me I would get my free carton next order.
Then she sends me a coupon for 20 bucks off my order. That isn't a free carton!
It would have been better not to offer me anything and told her no thanks keep it and I never did use it.
So reason for 2 stars is I don't like a company giving me an offer that never worked and wasting my time trying this that and another thing that never worked.
It just all seemed a little shady to me and why they couldn't make things right with all the back and forth we had. Then never making it right but offering me 20 bucks when a carton is 57 bucks for the most part.
I don't like dealing with any company that tells me 1 thing and does another. It's not right! So I finished up my order told Mary it would be my last order.
There r many other companies out there that will b happy to have my business and hopefully don't make an empty offer.
