They would have got a 5 but...I was…
They would have got a 5 but...I was sent an email telling me of a free carton on my next order. On my next order after applying the code I was told the 'Free Carton' had expired. No where in my initial email was I told that there was an expiration date. I sent them an email concerning this and got a reply that although seeming sympathetic to my concern nothing was done to remedy the situation. Very bad business practice. I label it as false advertising. With that aside, DS is quite good with fast shipping, low prices & the product is quite good.
