The company is great, service great and they ship quickly. I only wish they had more variety of stuff. I love buying from them.

For some reason I keep getting emails with discount codes to use toward my purchase then when I click on the email the same day I receive said email with discount code and go to checkout it says the code is invalid or has exceeded the number of allowable uses nearly every single time - and they're not specific codes but for sitewide purchases for 10%-15%-20% off. Also, none of my reviews ever show up even when I'm logged in and the reviews show as accepted regardless if they're positive or critical or a mix. On top of that, I always pay extra for Route package tracking and insurance but Route always shows that DVP canceled my shipment even when I contact DVP CS they never canceled and my tracking number is still working just fine but I can't fix anything with Route so is it even covering anything and they tell me yes but I keep reading Route's fine print and can't get a human on the phone and I don't think they will since you can't uncancel a wrongly canceled shipment they claim was done on the Merchant's side which is costing me money every time I purchase.

On top of this, inventory is stagnant. I keep checking and even when I get advertising emails that make sense to me about things like voltage ranges for certain cannabinoids I then go to the site and can't find any devices that hit the low voltages mentioned in the email which doesn't make sense. There's also a bunch of missing tools and products for basic things like for reclamation, heavy bottomed borosilicate glass containers, 100% borosilicate reusable glass syringes like the Fortuna Luer-Slip 1ml syringes you can buy from Grainger (though you can get other sizes too, and buy them wholesale and cheaper than I can buy them from Grainger myself), low-temp heat guns, glass cleaners, terp pearls... you name it. Also you sell CBD tinctures and gummies and maybe a disposable vape or two but not individual cart blends that have no THC of any kind so if you already have a medical THC vape cart that isn't full spectrum so you need CBD or CBN but can't ship anything with THC (including THC-A or d9/d8 THC and THC-P is on the chopping block next and you don't want any THCV either) you don't have options here.

What I DO like is receiving my deliveries and not having them held up or having to make sure I'm home like I'm waiting for my internet to be installed for days and still not being sure if the package is actually going to arrive or get RTS or have to sign for it because if I had to sign for it whomever was delivering it in my area is WAY too lazy in my area to get signatures and they just dump the packages constantly, usually in one of construction dumpsters down the road.

Ordering is simple; my vape is always in stock and delivery is fast. I’ve tried other websites in the past, but once I found Discount Vape, I’ll never go back.

Product arrives in a timely manner, but vape batteries are short lived. The last one charged, lasted 2 days and died. It now will not take a charge. Reliability is questionable.

I purchased several vape products from this seller that arrived non-functional. I have extensive documentation — including email correspondence and video evidence — confirming the items did not work and that the seller explicitly agreed in writing to a full refund upon return.

After receiving the returned items, the seller reversed course, claiming there was nothing wrong with them and refusing to honor the agreed-upon full refund. I have over five decades of experience as a smoker and am thoroughly familiar with vaping devices; the malfunction was not user error. This refusal has created a financial liability for me through my Sezzle payment plan, as I am now being asked to pay for products I no longer possess and that never functioned as advertised. I have also declined to pay a “return to stock” fee, as this charge is inapplicable to defective merchandise returned under the seller’s own refund agreement.

I have also been notified that this review may be subject to a removal request. I have submitted my supporting documentation to Trustpilot directly and stand by the accuracy of this account.

I am sharing this review to document my experience accurately and to inform other prospective customers. I have retained all supporting documentation, including written communications and video proof of the product defects, and remain prepared to provide this evidence upon request.

Great customer service. Quality products. Fast order processing and shipping. I have been dealing with Discount Vape Pen for more than a year. They usually have the best prices but even when I have to pay a bit more I always end up choosing Dvp because to me its worth it to spend a bit more and not worry and get my orders within a weeks time from start to finish, most times I get my order within about 5 days.

This company lies and then lies more. They sell items that they have sold to others that were defective and once you return them they don’t give full refunds. Greatest rip off scam company I have ever dealt with. Do not buy here and pass the information to others.
