Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Super friendly, understanding, and making sure I was 100% satisfied with my order. Wooly my man I know you probably gonna see this but they need to give you a raise! I explained to him that I had a tournament Sunday an he explained that my packed wouldn’t arrive until after Sunday but if I upgraded it would make it before the tournament! He saved my weekend an made everything 100x better! All in all the best place to order any of your disc golf needs! I’ve bought several discs as well as a basket and never have had any hassle with the product or shipping. Website is user friendly unlike a lot of other sites.This place knows how to take care of their customers. orders even had a hand signature from person that packed it! That’s awesome!

The people at discstore.com are always doing their best to make their customers happy, such as adding free decals to the order, or maybe a gift card. I had recently bought a light-up disc, when I found it to be defective. I emailed Discstore about it, and they immediately answered back by sending me another FREE light up disc to replace the defective one. I was amazed and well pleased with their amazing customer service. Their prices, content, and services are probably one of the best all around. I would highly recommend discstore.com to anyone wanting high quality items for a good price.

I ordered the same order twice, one correct order and one incorrect order. I emailed them, and the response was so immediate! They first offered to correct the wrong order before shipment, but after explanation of my situation, they promptly refunded my wrong order instead. Bottom line, very responsive, very helpful, very accommodating, and overall a wonderful company to do business with.

Ordering discs is never an easy thing. You usually need to order a big quantity, provide with proper artwork, make sure delivery is all set as you often need the discs in a hurry. With the DiscStore team, although not everything went as planned, I always got a quick answer to all my emails and a proper follow-through all the way to the doorstep.
