I do not know what the problem was with my order, but at the seven day mark, with nothing shipped, I sent an email to displaysoutlet asking why my order had not shipped. No response.

On the tenth day I sent a second email, and sent a request via their web page, plus phoned (no one answered, so I left a message). Still no response of any kind.

I then went to PayPal and started the dispute process, which I escalated on order day + 12.

Still no response of any kind from displaysoutlet.

However, at the end of day 12 I received a notice from UPS that my order had shipped (still nothing directly from Displaysoutlet).

The order has not arrived yet, so this review assumes the products will arrive, and be of acceptable quality, etc. It could be I'm taking a lot for granite here, given their performance so far.

I still have no idea why it took 12 days to ship an order. If something was back ordered, a note on the emailed invoice, or an email notice would have been appropriate. Also, a simple response to my first email on day 7 would also have been sufficient, other than "we'll get around to it when we feel like it," which is how this appears.

The PayPal payment went to a different named entity, which seems to have at least three web sites with two web stores, one of which is Displaysoutlet. I'm not sure what their deal is, but I find their performance only worth one star. They get a second for at least shipping, albeit 8-9 days later than most web stores I've purchased from, and 10-12 days later than Amazon (the gold standard). I typically ship to my customers within one day of their ordering via Amazon or eBay.

I won't buy from Displaysoutlet again, and can't even recommend them to my worst enemy.

Frame was exactly what I expected.

the frame we ordered came shipped with packing to prevent damage & the item was high quality. We will definately order from you again!

I ordered a 37x40 snap frame for my home theater. For some reason UPS had a hiccup and rerouted my frame to another state. Debbie was great to deal with and helped me with the UPS issue. She also answered my questions about the frame before I placed my order.
My frame made it safe and sound, and looks wonderful on my wall. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Displaysoutlet. I'm happy with my order, and even happier with their excellent customer service. Thank you!

I really like the design of the poster snap product I purchased. It is very high quality, and the loops are adjustable so you can make sure you position them over a stud. The only reason my rating is 4 stars is screws should have been included. There is absolutely no excuse for not including them!

Would order from here again.

We just received our shipment of frames today and they look great! We were very pleased with the whole process from ordering on-line to shipping. We received updates on our package throughout the shipping process. Will definitely be ordering more!!

Came across this company by chance, they had the size frames I needed. Ordered them because of the great pricing, when I received them they exceeded my expectations! Will be ordering more soon! I'd highly recommend these frames to anyone!

Purchased many snap frames from others in the past, but I 'took a chance' with these folks because of the size 30x40. I wanted to keep my price down so I gave them a try.
I only wish ALL of the decisions I make would be as successful as this one.
2 1/2 days from ordering to my front door..(3 days faster than promised), carefully sealed and packaged well in heavy cardboard.
Solid, inexpensive snap frame that will hold up and

I bought these for three posters my son received as a Christmas present. They are wonderful. I love the snap frame and the glossy corners combined with the matte black. Perfect for what I needed.
