Never had an major issue with the any of my orders or delivery service, actually mush faster then other companies I used. That is why gave them 5 Stars.

I would give 6 stars, but I want to know how long you need to be a customer to get free shipping?

Quick and cheap, I had no problems.

The customer service is absolutely horrendous. If you want something done your way, they won’t have any hesitation to not answer your emails. I ordered an e-juice on August 15, 2026. I got the FedEx tracking number and over 2 weeks later, it states that it’s still at their location. I ordered a vape on August 17, 2026. It arrived about a week later. It was defective. I emailed them a day later. I brought it up twice with them at this point, both emails had video evidence of me showing and explaining the problem. I was kind. I was polite, in both my emails and video. Then it got to the point that once I started asking them if they’ll overnight the replacement vape, and the e-juice that’s been just sitting there at there location now for over 2 weeks, (it had a tracking number. I emailed them the proof of the tracking location from FedEx), it’s like they just stopped responding to me. So today I sent them an email that blatantly stated that I have been a longtime, loyal customer, and have done absolutely nothing wrong but to simply ask a question of them, “can you overnight the products,” they went MIA on me. This isn’t the first time I experienced this type of delay with their customer service either, but it is by far, the worst! Their products are great. And for people like me who have a ban in their state, or they do not drive like I don’t, this is a great place for all your nicotine vape needs, yes. But come on with the customer service man! So I just left them yet ANOTHER email just requesting a full refund. Wonder if I’ll ever see that again. And man, do I spend a fortune on that website! Disposable Vapez, if you’re reading this, I MEAN NO HARM!! I just would’ve liked some equality and the commitment you claim you give to your customers!! Just refund me my money back.. and btw, thanks for the review invitation! May you be be blessed by the Almighty Christ, Dear God! Thank you.

Everything is reasonably priced, shipped and arrived in good time

The product that I ordered was out of stock so they replaced it with another flavor (which I don’t like). I asked for a return label so I could return the product that I did not want and asked for a refund for the product I did not receive. I have sent three emails in total, trying to get this corrected. I received no email back after the initial response letting me know why my order as wrong to begin with. I’m not very happy. It seems as though they do not want to give me back $63.96 for the product I didn’t receive. I won’t be ordering from them again if this is how they treat customers.

They have great selection (however, my faves seem to always be out of stock) it has forced me to try other brands and I'm not disappointed. The shipping is so fast. I wouldn't order from anywhere else.

I ordered some 0mg vapes,
Dragon grape ice,and watermelon ice. The flavors and quality of the two are great.
Delivery was super quick and won't hesitate to order more in the future.

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. 3 out of 5 vapes that I purchased don't work, and the company will not respond to my emails to see if anything can be done to fix it. Very disappointed with my purchase and will never buy from this company again.

I ordered from them many times but last time it takes 5-6 days only to ship the order and another 4 days to deliver it which means 10 days and after all this time they send me wrong items 🤬
