I've been seeing Disree for several years now. She challenged the preconceptions I had about myself and helped me understand the relationships between my strengths and latent fears and anxieties.

She helped me understand what it means to be compassionate towards oneself while not making excuses. She gave me a road map towards being comfortable in the discomfort.

Disree is charming, funny and very personable. When I talk to her it feels like I'm confiding in a friend. I'm truely grateful to Disree for giving me the tools to navigate painful experiences.

During lockdown I was finding life really challenging and Disree was recommended by a friend. This was my first experience of therapy and it has the bar for what I expect from any professional that is supporting me. I contacted Dee mid 2023 when things were challenging again. She is extremely personable and makes you feel comfortable talking about anything. She helped me navigate the fog in my head to identify the actual problems and showed me tools to address them. Disree has been a literal lifesaver! I couldn't recommend her services enough - to anyone who would hear! I worked with Disree solidly on a weekly basis throughout 2020 and couldn't have made it through without her. She's knowledgeable, empathetic and understands how to break down your thoughts/emotions in a digestible manner so you're able to cope with and support yourself again. She helped me find myself after an awful break-up and find my place in society after the mass racial injustices of 2020... not to mention deal with the isolation during COVID. 1000/10 !!!

Disree is not just a therapist but a life coach. She is kind, empathetic, flexible, and unlike other therapist she really hears you out and curates a personalised plan to empower you to learn your own coping mechanisms.

She came in my life when I was dealing with a lot and she is helping me and I look forward to meeting her weekly.
