The order takes ages and there are generic emails. Nothing specific. This would be my last option to order if I don’t find anything I’m looking for elsewhere, then this will be my last option to search for that product.

New company but reliable and genuine
At first I thought this company is a fraud because I had never heard of the company and I just made an emergency order of a probiotic drops which was only available in the USA for my 2 month old son it did take some time for me to get the order about 20 days as promised and they were prompt enough to track the order on WhatsApp and mail I feel this is a really good company thank you so much

Seamless Experience Ordering International Brands
Had a great experience ordering from DistaUSA. The process was smooth and I appreciated the confirmation call for my COD order. The caller took my feedback to list more products which I was looking to order. I can actually see them listed now on the website too. Delivery took a bit of time, but that’s understandable given the sourcing of international brands.
One small suggestion: when the delivery partner collects payment for COD, it would be great if customers could pay via an UPI QR integrated between the company and the delivery company. In my case the delivery person was courteous and everything went smoothly, but considering the number of frauds these days, it might be safer if the payment could be made through an official company QR code integrated with the delivery partner. That way customers can pay via UPI while also having the reassurance that the payment is going directly to DistaUSA/Logistic partner.
Overall, very happy with the experience and I look forward to order again :-)

Though I have ordered stanley 1.1 qt classic legendary bottle from dista usa .they have provided me stanley 700 ml/ 24 oz food jar ... That must be after through inspection they have carried for order placed and ordered they delivered ...but I love this food jar ...quality is top notch and dista usa have made it possible to get stanley products ...that's too on discounted rates ...

So, I'll be honest, the experience wasn't smooth to begin with, but I got my supplements, all of them authentic. There were some mistakes in tracking and communication from the team. I'll have to give a big shout out to Naveen from their team who owned the mistake, apologized and rectified it and assured me it will never happen again. If it stays true, I'll be going back to purchase my yearly supplements from distausa only.
