I placed Order No. 87544 on 23 August 2026, but it is still pending. Every time I contact your team, I am told that the order will be dispatched within 2–3 days; however, no proper update or dispatch confirmation has been provided so far.
As the delay has become unacceptable, I have requested a refund. Unfortunately, I am not receiving any response regarding my refund either.
Please process the full refund for my order immediately and share the refund confirmation along with the expected credit timeline. If I do not receive a satisfactory response promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance channels.

I ordered chocolate on 21 of August. Today is 23 september but didn't received my order . Their is no cancellation options. They didn't shipped till now . I want my money back . They are fraud. They are scammer. Is had seen plenty of complaints here like this . Plz complain to cyber fraud department

Very disappointing experience with DTG. I placed an order and was expecting it to be delivered within the promised timeline, but there has been no proper update regarding my order. I have tried contacting them multiple times, but I’m not getting any response.
The worst part is the complete lack of communication. If there is a delay, customers should at least be informed about the status and expected delivery date. Taking an order and then not responding to the customer is extremely unprofessional.
I would not recommend DTG based on my experience. Customer service and order communication need serious improvement.

i have paid to them for the choclate and they tell me to delive within 48 hours or 24 hours but today it almost 17 days no mial no calls and no return of any amount totaly fake do not order pls

Ordered a few things and never received it.

Ordered like a Month ago and still no order shipping and same general written mail responses upon complaining.
No shipment of the order yet. And the mobile number given at different places doesn't exist.
Don't Buy from this brand it's a complete fraud.

Don't trust this site as I placed my order 15 days before and till today I don't received my order. No response...as I already paid for the order. This is fraud site no. Shipping details from their side. Plz don't place your order there... 🙏. The same thing aapke saath bhi hoga.

Unresponsive customer support & orders not dispatched

Extremely poor experience. I placed a prepaid order (#47816) on July 31st. It has been two weeks, and the order is still stuck on "Confirmed" with no shipping or tracking update provided.

The contact/WhatsApp numbers listed on their website and profile do not even exist or respond. The only response received was a template email citing "production delays." Even after giving a clear deadline to either dispatch or refund, they failed to send tracking details or process my cancellation request.

Proceeding with a formal chargeback via UPI/bank and filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline. Save your money and avoid ordering from here.

I am done the payment orderd chocolates but they are not send any chocolates

I FOUND A HAIR IN THE CHOCOLATE
It took more than a month for them to delever the product. They were supposed to deliver me 5 products instead I just received 4 chocolates that too in a bad shape. Had the worst packing ever seen. This product is not all what they advertise. They say sugar free, but its tasting way too sweeter than sugar. They are adding something to it which is making is too sweet. It literally feels like some cough syrup. There isn't any taste of chocolate in there. Its all sugar and sweetener which isn't at all good for a healthy conscious person. And on to that I found a hair in their chocolate, its right inside the chocolate mixed up while manufacturing. The worst product I ever tried. Seriously they are just burning their money on advertisement, you guys are never going to get a return customer so your LTV is going to get more worse. Improve the product rather than spending on paid ads.

Have been sending them mails after mails ever since I ordered the product. There is no one on the other side for customer service. No one cares or is responding after you order. I am just shocked why haven't they faced any legal actions yet.

Despite making full payment of ₹300 in advance via UPI, I have not received my order till date. I was assured that delivery would be completed within 5 days, but it has now been far beyond the promised timeline.

My calls are repeatedly being disconnected or cut without any assistance. This is extremely unprofessional and clearly shows negligence towards customers.

This level of service is completely unacceptable.

I demand immediate action on this matter. Either:

1. Deliver my order without any further delay, OR
2. Process a full refund of ₹300 to my original payment method immediately.

If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours of receiving this email, I will proceed with filing a formal complaint with the consumer court and take legal action against your company for deficiency in service and harassment.

I expect a prompt response and resolution.
