1 star is way to high I paid for remove old bed frame guess what.. it’s still here and the new bed frame came 16 days late.. had time to get a new gf in that time frame I paid for headboard they didn’t attach it despite me paying for them to attach it what a joke just avoid

i loved the new bed that i have received, and the people were great and nice, the delivery was on point.

Do not buy from here. Zero communication. Will not refund you or communicate when delivery time will be. You call and call and no one’s picks up for ages and when they do it’s the Same unhelpful person. One order is outstanding and they have taken over £500
Pounds will have to call the bank to sort it out. Absolute scam

Repeat customer. Used the company third time and always delivery on time. Lovely staff and amazing prices.

The bed is fine we ordered a divan a mattress and a headboard . I ordered it on the 4 February would be delivered 3-10 working days it finally turned up on the on the 28th of February.After loads of telephone calls and emails all saying they would phone back . None of them did .

I have placed an order for a guest bed and contacted them to have this delivered before their 10 working days window. They have not contacted me at all. Despite several calls, some of which went unanswered or generic email reply received they failed to return when promising to do so. On the 10th working day (when the bed should be delivered,) they stopped answering calls and replying to emails. The phone rang for over half an hour and no response. I simply cannot understand how a company can operate this way, appallingly communication, taking customers money and then failing to provide the goods.

Lovely bed delivered but I had to chase the delivery up.And be careful when you pay for the extras, as I thought I paid for the dismantling of my old bed and mattress and then recycled, and them putting up the new bed. The cost for this was £79.00. But what I actually got was them taking away the old bed and leaving me with the new bed in bits in the bedroom as the delivery guys said that's what I paid.... It definitely was not what I paid for as I'm on my own so things like assembling stuff is important to me

I did not have a very good experience with the order and quality of the bed as show in the website. The beds are made in the UK yes but the workmanship was a bit substandard. The Hinges of the Ottoman storage under the bed seized and broke through the board on Day1. It took over 2 weeks to get a replacement. When it came the Cover for the second double bed piece did not even match the first one.

Best part of the bed was the Large headboard but the customer service is very poor, they over committed and under delivered. Could not get me a refund and insisted to fix the issue.

Ordered single divan set for a relative on a fixed income. Excellent price compared to major retailers where prices are a least double for the product needed.
Had to wait a while for delivery but that was to be expected due to the Christmas holidays. They even upgraded the mattress free of charge which was nice.

The two delivery guys were brilliant!

Base on the positive reviews, I’ve decided to make a purchase. However, I had a query about delivery and I’ve emailed them twice in a space of a week. One straight after purchase and one 6 days in between.

Non existent communication doesn’t give me much confidence. If I don’t hear from them by the end of mid week, next week (last day I’m meant to receive my order) I will be contacting the bank for a charge back.

Ordered a divan bed base, arrived with no issues. Initially had a few questions about the base height which were answered quickly by the company via text. They were responsive and helpful and the delivery service was spot on, with a slot booked in advance and a call 30mins before arrival. End to end no issues at all. It was easy choosing the bed we wanted despite there being so many options. We were given a delivery period of 7 to 10 days. We were contacted by the delivery company after 8 days and given a delivery date and time and kept abreast throughout the delivery day. A great process.
The bed was easy to put together and seem to be of good quality. All together a great experience. Would recommend

Very good company to deal with. No problems at all. Prompt delivery. I paid extra to have the bed unpacked, put together and packaging taken away.
Well worth the extra and the bed is just perfect.
