I have already listed my grievances two times here .. the emi request are coming promptly. But the solutions is no where to be seen ...even after two months the fire opal over sized ring for my daughter is still to arrive after they collected last week. The moonga ring , again over sized and unwearable is yet to be collected back , even after 2 months ... Extremely frustrating , extremely unacceptable and extremely insensitive staff like Aakash are the root of these problems. And he actually threatened me .. I have his voice note as an evidence . So please avoid these people completely. It is going to take away any remaining peace of mind you have ... Forget getting a solution, Your problems will actually increase ... The fact that you thought of them is proof enough of the bad times you are having.!!!

I purchased 8 carat neelam gemstone expecting the service and commitments mentioned by the company. Unfortunately, my experience was quite different. Despite contacting their support team multiple times regarding the issue, I did not receive a proper response or satisfactory resolution.
The biggest concern is the lack of communication and accountability after payment. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up for basic support.
I hope the company takes customer complaints seriously and improves its after-sales service and communication. Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to carefully verify the company, its policies, and customer support before making a purchase.

I have very wonderful experience and effect by divinelane product, I am wearing ek mukhi rudraksh last 5 months i got lots of energy and prosperity from there product, it’s mean they are giving 100% original product 🙏🙏

My complain of exchanging black spotted Pukhraj is still not done
although 4 months have passed.
Nobody of their employees is responding atall.

Suffering from health issues

The persons at Kolkata branch are totally non professional. Earlier staffs talked with me at very good way and they invited me at their Kolkata branch office.but after payment they stopped picking up my phone which was totally unexpected for any client.
Main thing is
1: your staff has sent my kundli details but stone has been sent by your staff ,that is parl opel which is suitable for me or not that is confusing.
2: on August I wanted to visit your Kolkata branch office after your Kolkata staffs invitation but after regular phone call or messages they have not responded.
It is totally wrong and non professional attitude.

I had selected the stone shown in these photos, but you sent me a different stone. Kindly replace it with the selected stone and send me the correct ring; I had already sent a mail to devinelane , but no response from Devinelane side.

मैने fire opel का स्टोन इनसे रिंग के साथ मंगाया था 22000/- की लागत एक बड़ा निवेश था मेरे लिए, परन्तु जब मैने रिंग का साइज देना चाहा तो इनके द्वारा मुझे बताया गया कि हम अर्जेस्टेबल रिंग बनवाएंगे जो बहुत बेहतर रहेगा। और मुझसे साइज नहीं लिया गया। अंगूठी मैने धारण करी परन्तु कुछ ही दिन में अंगूठी निकालते वक्त उंगली की गांठ पर से गुजरी और स्टोन मेरे बाएं हाथ में निकल कर आ गई। मैं समझ नहीं पाया कि ये कैसे हो गया। फिर बारीकी से निरीक्षण करने पर स्पष्ट हुआ कि वह अर्जेस्टेबल होने के कारण निकलते वक्त फैली और रिंग ने स्टोन के एक किनारे को चटका/क्रैक किया, मैने इनको पूरा वाकया बताया तो ये पहले रिप्लेस करने की बातें कही फिर मुकर गए अब मानने को तैयार ही नहीं है। कहते हैं कि उनकी कोई गलती नहीं है। इनके अंगूठी की क्वालिटी बकवाश है। मेरा पूरा पैसा डूब गया इन लोगों के चक्कर में,,,,,,😡

I bought a ruby and a 12-faced Rudraksha from Divinelane, but I am somewhat confused, and I am unable to get in touch with Guruji again.

I ordered Ruby gemstone and Rudraksha from Divinelane Jewellery based on recommendation of Guruma. delivery itself took around 18 days. Initially, I was told that I could see positive results within 7–8 days, but later I was given different explanations about when results would start. I was also advised to purchase another gemstone, and overall I have spent more than 60,000 so far.
My main concern is that all important information about the expected results, timeline, and process should be clearly explained before customer makes purchase. I feel these things should be communicated transparently from beginning rather than explained later.
I hope Divinelane Jewellery takes this feedback positively and improves the customer guidance and communication.
