Great products and great customer service.

They did everything you expect from a company that many fail to do. Deliver when promised, have knowledgeable support staff you can understand, good pricing and good products.

I use DIY as my sole supplier for my pest company. They have outstanding customer service and very competitive pricing. They do everything they can to
Make ordering quick and easy. Highly recommend

Items as described, prompt shipping, and fairly priced. Would buy again, but they got rid of the pests first try.

Good prices and educational videos/articles to help me choose the best products for my situation. Super fast shipping.

In addition to the product working, I had several questions that were answered promptly (within hours or less) via email. The products that we had bought at the home store and grocery store did not work for more than a day or two (at most).

Like fast shipping. And great prices in these tuff times.

DIY Pest Control products completely eradicated an infestation in a rental when our long-term renters moved out. We thought there was no hope but after using these products we were amazed. We use DIY Pest Control for ALL of our pest needs! Highly recommend for ANY size pest problem.

Products are always excellent. This is the only place we get pest control products. We fought fleas (due to previous owner) for 3 years. Bought DIY's flea spray and fleas are GONE.

Great customer service first of all. Only downfall would be the pricing increase. For a product to almost double in price is a little ridiculous. I found the same product locally at half the cost and a little less than I was paying before the price increase.

Very professional and great tips to help decide which product(s) are best to use ...

Several months ago we had a severe German roach problem. Not sure how but it happened. I heard they can come in on boxes, etc. We tried several store bought brands but nothing worked. It was like a horror movie. My husband wanted to call a professional but since we have pets I did not want any chemicals sprayed. Plus, I heard sprays alone would not work. The roaches mulitplied and were everywhere, it was horrible. I found DIY Pest Control online and ordered the Invict Gold and the Gentrol. Steve from DIY was extremely helpful and helped me figure out what type we had. He guided me through this. After a few weeks we saw less and less roaches. It was a miracle. Then we would see an occasional one and even a few months later I would see one every so often but that was it. Then nothing. Well I am happy to report we do not have any signs of roaches. This method worked awesome. You do have to use the invict gold repeatedly. I bought a few tubes. I put little dabs everywhere in my kitchen and on little bits of cardboard in all rooms. After several weeks the Invict is easy to remove since it dries out. Its not messy or brown like some I found at Home Depot. The Gentrol helps them from reproducing which is key so I put these in the kitchen and bathroom. I am extremely grateful for DIY's patience and help. This was a very low cost solution. DIY Pest Control is awesome and I will definitely be back if we have any other issues with pests.

Fast shipping, packaged to prevent any damages/spills. I will definitely use them again!

Fast delivery of product that arrived packed carefully. Powder is easy to mix. Instructions and caution warning are clear. Powder post beetles seem to be gone and good riddance.
