they came and carried out the work which they said they would.

there were a few problems but nothing major and they were dealt with.

Rob came to fit trickle vents to several windows and an air vent, as well as shaving the bottoms of a couple of the doors to improve their ground clearance. Very affable and efficient, explained well what he was doing and why, and also sorted out an issue when the new vents were making one particular window harder to close. A very good job all round! Matt Slee has been my main contact throughout the whole process on several jobs on our properties. If I could give 10 stars for Matt's professionalism then I would. I've had a few problems with regards to time slots, missed bits and bobs and a few remedial issues and Matt has solved them all in a timely and professional manner. I'm unsure about other people's experiences from past reviews but it must be a different Matt. 10/10. Liam, Liverpool

They don’t even deserve a star, I just spoke to a man called matt, so rude ver aggressively spoke to me in the end hung up on me,no heating in my house since yesterday and calling them they want to charge for a problem that has been there since they installed..don’t use there service they are scamming customers they do the job and in the end they are rude and don’t help.

Had internal extractor fans, wall insulation,solor panels, and heat pump Installed under the Government scheme. I had 4 different teams doing installs. All very professional and did an excellent job friendly and no issues. Would highly recommend.

Awful, used for government grant, solar panels/air source heat pump, internal wall insulation and radiators

For wall insulation, had to call and ask for another team, they'd turn up 2/3 hours later, have 2/3 hour lunch breaks and just stand around having long conversations. One came back to collect tools and he wanted to know what he did wrong, and tried to apologise, I told him to speak to his manager for the details.

2nd team were very similar, always late long lunches, but worked fast and were helpful with some other things. Although one of them used my bathroom, which was usually OK, until he left 'a mess' in the toilet. Reported to their manager, they all denied it was them, although I knew who had used it last.. It was the tall kid who did the woodwork stuff.

The nicest workers were the plasterers and the air source heat installer. They even helped remove some old wobbly furniture that didn't survive being moved around. (assuming by way of an apology for the crappy service I'd had previously). Solar panel guy was OK too, just got on with it and left.

After install had issue with solar panel readings on the meter (the counter wasn't moving). Instead of helping to trouble shoot, spoke to HORRIBLE lady called Alicia, who wouldn't attempt to help or advise but immediately get defensive and told me it's not their problem and I have to call my energy company. She hung up on me mid conversation while I was asking her what the issue could be or if it could be an installation issue.

Go to a different company, absolutely avoid at all costs. Unless you enjoy cleaning strangers poop off your toilet and waiting around for hours when they could get it all done quicker.

AVOID AVOID worst company to deal with have I stalled faulty solan panels that done work refuse to come to repair damaged my roof won’t take responsibility have all the evidence will be getting. Legal team involved I wish had read the reviews before I agreed for the work I advise anyone who has had same experience to get a legal team involved

We had 2 instals done by DJB Instals and had many problems with the communication, the quality of workmanship and not actually finishing the job! It's now been 2 x months and we still have outstanding issues to be fixed. The solar panels have never been connected and the heat pump is in the wrong poistion and not bolted down!

I have chased many, many times but the 2 x contacts never get back with solutions to the problems, they just duck and dive. Please do your due diligence on them and ask for references before committing. I have spoken to other landlords in the area who have also been unappy with the installations done by DJB.

This is a big thank you to all the staff at DJB installs for helping with my home efficiency. I had cavity wall and loft installation and this was completed through the GBIS scheme. The installation team were very professional and always respected my home. Alicia was a great help and thoroughly explained the process, if I had any questions she was always happy to answer them. From start to finish their service was impeccable. I would recommend this company to anybody that wants to improve their home efficiency. Very friendly team.

Had cavity wall and loft installation through the Gbis scheme. Had great customer service from the after care department. Alicia was a great assistance with the guarantee: and warranty’s. Would highly recommend! The loft installer Jake was very professional and knowledgeable and professional during the install and reassured me throughout the process and i would highly recommend DJB installs to anyone who intends to have the gbis scheme in the future.
