Placed an order 3 days ago for a dressing gown for my granddaughter for Xmas. Today received an email from them offering me 35% discount amounting to £40 which was obviously done on purpose.
I immediately emailed them asking them to refund the discount amount but thy wrote back with a standard - “Kindly note that we do not offer price adjustments on any order placed before our birthday celebrations.”
There are many poor reviews on here from disgruntled customers and I’m one more.
Never will I purchase anything from these scammers again!!!

Company policies are absolutely unethical and customer service is horrendous. They make it seem like shipping from both US and EU warehouses is a good thing for the customer but in reality you now have to pay high shipping costs from both countries because now your order dollar amount is split so you will not qualify for free shipping anymore in both regions. And even when you manage to buy even more to meet free shipping, they still charge you $5.95 (discounted from $19) so it’s absolutely NOT free at all. Not only that, but they do not honor price adjustments for orders made 1 day before a sale which is not only bad for the environment because they are using warehouses in different countries, but not cost effective for the customer at all. They are more concerned about spending money on online marketing and influencers it seems than their customers and products (given reviews re product quality). I have also heard that employees are treated awfully by the owner so why would the company care about their customers, but this is a total let down because I really liked Matilda.

There was also someone who used a promo code on their order, received their package, then customer service emailed them demanding them to pay what the promo code saved them or return their order. And then there was an experience about a missing 14$ item in someone’s package and the company gave them a hard time and refused to send it and insinuated the customer was lying, What a scam of a company.

I really should have gone and looked through comments on social media about how they treat actual customers prior to wasting my time with them because the only people with positive experiences received free products or are paid to market.

Bestilte to knitwear-plagg som var defekte, da sømmen ikke var festet godt nok. Tok kontakt med kundeservice og fikk rask og god hjelp. De tilbydde seg å betale utgifter for skredder i tillegg til 15% tilbake av plaggenes verdi, for bryet. Veldig fint at de bryr seg om miljøet og ikke ønsker returer!

The quality of these clothes is just awful. Unethical marketing and not even remotely sustainable (when confronted they ignore). All the pieces fall apart, and the customer service is abysmal. Save your money!

Jag beställde den vita polovästen, fick ett exemplar med ett stort hål i. Gjorde därefter retur och fick en ny men även den hade ett hål i sig. Som kompensation fick jag 10% tillbaka. Inte nöjd över detta. Flera har klagat på andra forum gällande att detta plagg skickas ut med stora hål i.

Dårlig kundeservice: Jeg har for anden gang modtaget et produkt med fejl og vil gerne modtage en refusion, da genstanden er ubrugelig. Kundeservice svarer ikke og der er nu gået 3 uger uden svar.

The quality has gone downhill since they first started. Customer service will take weeks to resolve your issue. If you make a purchase here, you better pray their product isn’t faulty or you don’t need to exchange for another size because if you do, you’ll be waiting several weeks for them to get back to you for the exchange.

The quality isn’t the best for the products and the price tag. Also they charge over £15!! For returns yet they never give you the option to have “express shipping” on delivery but charge it you to send it back.

Everything is such poor quality. It’s like it wasn’t made for a human body. Cuts are weird and unflattering. Brand has really nose dived sadly.

I once purchased a blazer from this brand a few months ago and I wear it quite often.
And I really love it, BUT…
They market this blazer to be made to last for years…long story short I paid 189€ for a blazer whose inner lining is now starting to ripple. I had to sew it myself, but this is not what I expect from an item of that price point that is supposed to last for far longer than I have worn it so far.
I love the blazer, but the quality of the stitches and the finer details need some closer attention.

I love DA to death. I own the long black dress, a couple of blazers, a couple of suit pants – these are all the clothes I always reach for. My wishlist is full of other DA items and I hope one day I'll build a capsule wardrobe with their clothes.

However, I must say, the quality isn't as good as it used to be. I love the materials, I can tell that they're sturdy yet soft like butter. But it's the little things like losing a button or the lining ripping... When I pay 200eur for a blazer, it better not lose a button; especially, when my fast fashion pieces never do!

All in all, I want to continue shopping from the brand & I hope the quality goes back to what it was.

I didn't have the best first experience with their items.

Due to some loose seems they started ragging and falling apart at the edges slightly after a few washings.

I sought contact through their customer service on their website, which was super easy, and they replied almost immediately.

After reviewing our options, they went out of their way to ensure that I'd receive replacements, which were delivered at no cost within 4 working days.

Furthermore, ordered more clothes because I was so happy with the way I was treated previously and I have had no quality issues with that order of clothes whatsoever!

All together, it just seems like it was a bad batch; however, what matters to me is that they acknowledged their fault straightaway and went above and beyond to make it up. 10/10 would buy again!

COULDN'T BE MORE GRATEFUL. Agnes was SOOOOO wonderful and attentive. The customer service is better than I have ever seen. I had a question about a swimsuit that I’ve been eyeing for almost 2 years, and was waiting for a restock. Once I found out they weren’t restocking I was pretty bummed but Agnes was an absolute angel and was able to offer me the item for free for my feedback. I’m so so grateful and am excited to support this business in the future 🫶🫶

I had a issue regarding shipping and some products, luckily Jessica and Adam from customer service helped me through the process and made it an easygoing experience! They were informative through it all, so i would recommend them forward. Also a great company with good clothing items!

Thought I would need another size and the customer support give me the best support I could ask for.

The quality of the robe is also just perfekt.Would definitely recommend Djerf Avenue.💕

What I can praise is their delivery time - got my international package literally the next day! However, despite the products being great, I think it's all overpriced.

Her clothes is not worth the price, her clothes are like rags. On top of that, the service is so bad.

Bestilte en skjorte. Ordren lå i 14 dager uten å bli sendt ut. Kontaktet kundeservice for å få vite hva som skjedde, fikk ikke svar, men min inneliggende ordre ble kansellert uten forklaring.

Kan klart anbefale Djerf Avenue. Tøjet er i højest kvalitet, så man får noget for pengene! Leveringen var også hurtig. 🙌
