I am ordering my 1st drone, and have had many questions. The team has helped me solve all questions. I know more will come and I trust the team here has my back.

My overall experience purchasing from Djiusa has been fantastic. The shipping was incredibly fast, and they were very helpful if I had any questions. I genuinely hope that everything gets resolved with the FCC, and that DJI products don’t get banned in the USA because nothing comes close to their quality.

DJI shipped my Avata 360 with RC2 and fly more package quick and now I am reading up and will have the Maiden flight sometime tomorrow. I think the 360 degree view will be great to chase model aircraft at my r/c club.
DJI designs awesome drones for both consumers and industry. Hopefully the USA Feds will realize there is nothing nefarious about them and they are just drone nerds designing and manufacturing drones for nerds. Even though we come from different countries with different backgrounds we have one thing in common. We like building, configuring, and flying drones. If you want to get into the hobby I would highly recommend a DJI

This company is a fraud. I “registered” for the Avata 360 release to get a guaranteed purchase link. I received my email and on the day of release I followed the link. Release was 8am and at 8:03, the motion fly more kit was in my cart and I was linking my PayPal to pay, then the item was removed from my cart an listed as not available. Well, according to the email, if this happened I could contact CS for personal direct link within 48hrs. So I looked for the number to call them. What better place to find the number than on their website? Well, I called the number 1-833-962-9226. Wait what? It’s a Verizon cell phone with no voicemail set up? Yep that’s right. After finding another number to get through I land on their generic switchboard, it doesn’t even say welcome to DJI USA. I get a rep on the phone and he tells me they never had the fly more kits available. He said they may be in within 3 weeks. Funny because the original reservation link said it would take 3 weeks to arrive anyway. That led me to think they were drop shipping everything from china anyway. And if that’s the case, why not have the fly more combo purchase link available now, if it’s not shipping till then anyway? I purchased one from eBay that is arriving in 3 days from South Korea. So this company not only made empty promises, but has a non working cell phone listed as their main number, they are also removing every negative comment on their Facebook page. Look under any post, it will show a total number of comments, like 8 comments until you click the post and open it and you see only 2 comments there.. or none. Because they have all been deleted.. hmm wonder why. Too bad they can’t delete the negative reviews! Do not buy from this “company” you have been warned!

I ordered a DJI Mini 5 Pro drone. With DJI drones being added to the FCC "covered list" they've gotten harder to find and I shopped around. I hadn't heard of DJI USA before so I was a little skeptical. Did my homework and they seemed reputable. I ordered my drone, and five days later I had it on its maiden flight. Fast 2-day air shipping, everything arrived in perfect condition.
