I contacted D.Louise regarding a lost gem on a gift. They replied so quickly and were so helpful. I was extremely impressed and are sending a replacement. What an amazing level of customer service. The quality of pieces i have been building as a collection is beautiful.
Any small queries or issues I’ve had with a wrong size or colour - the way they deal with this feels personal and leads with kindness and care.
In comparison to other brands - this is head and shoulders above the rest. I won’t shop anywhere else now.

Fantastic Customer Service!
I had ordered some pieces to wear during an upcoming trip, well in advance since I know shipping can sometimes go wibbly.
Unfortunately, this was one of those times!
After 15 business days with no package I reached out to D.Louise customer support to see what happened.
I went from worried about my package, to finding out it had indeed been lost in transit, to having a solution and new order sent to me within 24hrs.
Everyone I chatted with was incredibly helpful and polite, and did their best to help move my query forward while ensuring my questions and concerns were being answered. I will definitely be shopping with D.Louise again, their jewellery is as wonderful as their customer service :)

Exceptional quality and service
Not only is the jewellery of exceptional quality but the customer service is the same high quality. There are many supposed “tarnish free” jewellery companies around but none of them meet the quality of D Louise. I have quite a few items, I am a bangle lover and there are so many to choose from that it’s hard to know when to stop ! I bought a couple of the very high quality tennis bracelets and these came up quite small (I buy s/m bangles ) I ordered the 16cm tennis bracelets but they sat very tight on the arm and I needed to exchange for the 18cm ones, my return went missing (thanks Royal Mail 🤦🏻♀️) and D Louise Customer service were so good and helpful. I cannot recommend this company more . In a world where so many companies treat consumers poorly I would choose to shop with D Louise ! Excellent quality and exceptional customer service ! Thank you .

Terrible service- nothing came, no explanation.
Terrible service. I ordered earrings for my sister’s birthday. When they hadn’t arrived 5 days later i emailed proof of purchase but heard nothing back. My sister’s birthday was embarrassing with no gift to give her as I was still waiting to hear back. Nothing. I emailed twice more again, i WhatsApp, i message on Insta. Nothing.
In frustration i have gone through my bank and got my money back but I’ve not even had an apology from D Louise. I ordered on 28th september and its the 8th October now. Appaling cutimer service. DO NOT buy fron them unless you like being frustrated, disappointed and let down. Never again would I buy anything from this company.

I ordered a few pieces from D Louise a few years ago. Unfortunately the ring I had has recently started to tarnish. I contacted them with a photo and they replied the same day offering a replacement. Great service and would definitely order from them again
