I order 4 sets of dice for some friends from their website but when it arrived, they had sent me someone else's order. When i contacted them, they wanted me to ship the items to the correct individual and have the other customer send me my order. I was unhappy with this decision because it was unreliable and apparently the other customer did as well. DND Dice then request we return the orders to them and after reviewing all the items returned, they would ship the packages out again. I needed this order by a specific date to give them as gifts and they will not arrive in time now. This whole process was difficult and completely unnessessary, will not order from them again.

of Item's and stuff, Label got created, then they canceled the order with UPS, never got a refund, or any updates, support managed to pull through, and fixed my order, so the support isn’t as bad as claimed, if anything must of improved, only took about an hour to resolve the issue.

I've ordered from this site 3 times the last 4 years and I'm generally happy with the experience. They sell loads of cool dice at good prices, and the quality ranges from alright to great. 2 of the 3 times I ordered, my order was messed up somehow; the first time, an item was missing, and the second time I got a wrong item. However after contacting support, I was shipped the correct items within just a few days.

My concern with the site has to do with the reviews. After my last order, I made reviews for all the dice I bought, with pictures. Only my positive reviews(!) are visible on their site, while any 3/5 or lower ratings are hidden. So beware when reading reviews.

Edit: as of 28.12.25, my negative reviews are also public. I've thus changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars.

5 stelle a mani basse. Ho ordinato 4 set di dadi (ottimo prezzo per il contenuto e qualità) e ho ottenuto così la spedizione gratuita, tracciata tra le altre cose. Ordinati dall'italia e sono giunti qua in poco più di una settimana, con un pacchetto super bello e aggiunte di stile. Non so che dire se non che ricompro sicuramente e che consiglio senza il minimo problema. Anche i sistemi di pagamento supportati sono molteplici.
