Sudhanshu has been excellent. He dealt with HMRC in regards to a tax penalty which was unwarranted. He was able to deal with an incorrect self assessment completed by a previous accountant. Sudhanshu really sorted out all the issues with speed and empathy especially when the penalties were going into the thousands causing some sleepless nights.

Very poor Tax return service. Business English is terrrible to the point that verbal comms is not effective.The team are not able to clearly answer tax questions verbally. I'm still awaiting nearly £2k tax refund since Jan 2022! Yes 12 months ago! Error initally caused by DNS
